Low Cal Banana Bread Mug Cake
- 2- 2 ½ Tbsp of oat flour (44-55cals)
- 1 Tbsp of sweetner of choice (mine is swerve bc 0 cals)
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- Sprinkle of cinnamon (>6 cals)
- ½ a small banana (approx. 45 cals)
- 1 egg (70 cals)
- *optional* 1 Tbsp chocolate chips (70 -75 cals)
- ½ tsp of cooking oil of choice (cals vary)
Just mix it all together in a mug and put in the microwave for a total of 2 mins in 30 second intervals
Total Calories:
Approximately 235-250 cals

was high earlier today and almost told my friend that i’ve been restricting again. luckily stopped myself before i actually said anything. still feel like shit tho.
