I wouldn’t listen to his advice, if I were you. It seems from past testimonies that he tends to be more in the business of causing bedroom issues rather than fixing them.

Premise behind this below the cut (I might write the fic, but also might not) - warning for references to nsfw activities

Lancelot was saved from being a shade and, after a while, has entered into a sort of OT4 relationship with Merlin, Gwen, and Arthur. But he’s still guilty for the whole shade thing and he lets the other knights (not round table ones, of course) bully him, and tries to hide it from the others. He still sees himself, like the knights see him, as Morgana’s knight since she brought him back and controlled him.
Arthur and Lancelot fight over Lancelot’s lack of belief in his belonging and his self-loathing, and their argument leads to sparring that leads to very much consensual, and very much passionate, sex, during which Arthur reminds Lancelot that he is Arthur’s knight and none other’s.
Then they cuddle, and softer words are said as Arthur reassures Lancelot of his place in Camelot. Merlin and Gwen probably come to join in the cuddles too, because why not?
