I didn’t get to go to OCR World Championship this year in Canada, but I did get to participate in the next best thing. Mike Cooks ultimate backyard Warrior contest/Church on the rise/Men’s conference this weekend! Congratulations to John Brown for taking first place and to do all the other competitors that had fun on this challenging course! Mike set up 15 obstacles that you had a hit in a row before running straight to the 80 foot rope!Pump fest!
