Justine Summers, in a shoot for The Australian Ballet’s ‘Divergence’in 1994. Houston Ballet’s Artistic Director, Stanton Welch was the choreographer for this strong and provocative ballet. The tutu featured in this photo, is made entirely of old car tyres. This picture was seen all over the cities of Melbourne and Sydney on billboards and posters. Her energy is presented through every muscle in her body, every angle in her line and of course, channelled through her eyes.

And here it is! I’d like to announce my next upcoming project, Royal Pain!
A short spin-off comic, set seven years prior to the events of @crossingscomic.
The story will follow the daughter of the royal family, the son of the prime minster, and crazed ha crazed half-witch on a quest to cut the ties of an arranged marriage.
From a botched magical contract to the rise of a shiny new corner of showbiz, Royal Pain will be a lighthearted, fast paced and manic adventure!

Today’s Princess of the Day is: Odette, from World Masterpiece Fairy Tale: Swan Lake.
A shy and beautiful young princess, Odette is kidnapped by the evil sorcerer Rothbart, who desires her hand in marriage. She is cursed to turn into a swan during the day so that no other man will fall in love with her, as only true love can break the power of Rothbart’s magic.
