This is a very personal drawing since it represents what it feels like to have anxiety disorder and the people who protect you and take care of you with love.
The tiger is a metaphor that they use in psychology to explain what happens when they have a panic attack.

When one is in danger, the body prepares to defend itself or to flee (called fight or flight response), and all the symptoms that appear are to protect ourselves.
Our vision becomes blurry because it focuses on the danger. Breathing and heart rate are accelerated to pump blood to the extremities to fight or run away.
All this happens when one sees for example a tiger that is going to attack you. But when you suffer from anxiety disorder, there is no tiger or “real” danger.
Everything is in our mind.

Having a mental disorder is no joke, and if you are are dealing with something similar, please seek help. It’s a little uncomfortable at first, but it really does help.
I’m all better now thanks to the people who helped me get through with this, and I know you can get better too!

Anyhow, thanks for reading this and I appreciate your support.
