FIXED EFFECTS LIST INSTANCE for cs_corefuncs

Once upon a time a fellow simmer noticed that the “Dreams Alight by Guildsmen Industries” lamp from Family Fun Stuff pack had no magic sparks. Answering the question about this ocassion, I concluded that the instance number of Effect list resource in the FFS SP core files clashes with the instance number of Effect list from TS Castaway Stories in Pescado’s cs-corefuncs.package. Well, neither fairytale styled lamp nor lots of animated CS conversions should lost their charm in our games! I have applied the unique (and unused) instance number for FFS SP effects list. So now it compatible with corefuncs.

alfixes Replacement Project - Extracted Fixes and more!

Tired of the many conflicts with alfixes? Can’t put up with Pescado hiding features in his mods? Then this might be of your interest.

Alfixes is something that has bothered me for a while, ever since I found out that it deletes date cards. No wonder I’ve barely seen them in game!

With Charity’s incredibly thankful documentation on the topic, we now have a compiled list of mods to fully replace the few documented (cough) features that weren’t already fixed by EAxis in Mansions & Gardens/later patches/Ultimate Collection. What you’ll need to download is…

(List under the cut. Also stick around for my own extracted features, which I haven’t found corresponding mods for.)

Wow! I’ve been trying to understand the essential parts of alfixes for years, and now it has fully deconstructed! Thank you all for that great work!!!
Just want to ask about the point 12:

NPC rentpayer hour moved to 19:00 so vampire tenants don’t suicide at noon.

It seems that the same fix has been included in apthack:

4. Rent-payer hour moved to hour that is non-suicidal for vampire tenants.

Does that mean that there is no need to download alfixes_RentpayerAt7PM when using the Apthack?

UPD: “Apartment Mods” by simler90 also include similar fix:

- Vampires now pay their rent at 19:00, rather than at noon.

Well, it’s pretty hard to define which one is the best…
