Made a Flareon lunchbox cake to continue my mini eeveelution cake series Inside was a 4" vanilla cake, raspberry jam, and buttercream.

Made some Eevee chocolate truffles, complete with fluffy tails and little toes! Filled with cappuccino white chocolate ganache, just because I like nicknaming my Eevees after foamy coffee drinks ☕

Made a little Jolteon lunchbox cake…just because! ⚡ I never need an excuse for more Jolteon in my life.

Made another mini cake and it turned out to be an…Eevee! Caught in a hand painted Poké Ball lunchbox for an extra delivery of cuteness ❤️

Made this godly Pokemon toast art out of Biscoff, Nutella, peanut butter cream cheese frosting, a tiny slice of nectarine, and mini marshmallow teeth

Made a Dragonair cake for my birthday yesterday Was a lot more work than I’d expected, but I love how it turned out!

Decorated with buttercream, some white chocolate, and ganache. Inside was orange sponge cake with whipped cream cheese frosting, blueberries, and blackberries.

Made some bite-sized Gible brownie truffles! Filled with fudgy brownie and chocolate ganache: the brownie bite that might just nibble you back!

Made a Thai tea cake topped with extra buttercream flowers for Mother’s Day with a few Pokémon references hidden in the blossom

I love Mega Kangaskhan - the concept of her little baby growing up to fight alongside her is so cool, and it was a blast bringing them to life in pie form. Delicious too since these are filled with gooey brown sugar cinnamon inside.

These have a buttery, shortbread-like crust, filled with vanilla bean pastry cream and a thin layer of butterfly pea tea jello

Yes, the Mudkip is basically a tiny tart too!

Made some Sunflora mousse cakes sprouting in chocolate pots

Made the Sunflora out of SunButter ganache, white chocolate, matcha Pocky, and buttercream, planted in chocolate pots filled with layers of chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, Oreos, and SunButter mousse, topped with “dirt” made out of Oreo crumbs and hot cocoa mix So glad spring is here!

Made some Teddiursa peanut butter banana bread for a beary cute brunch

I used homemade banana bread, peanut butter, nutella mixed with dark cocoa, a slice of banana, and some leftover peanut butter ganache since that’s what I had on hand. You could use yogurt or cream cheese instead, and sun butter or cookie butter in place of peanut butter.
