Hi, hi, hello. I got back into my space lore and noticed how messy it was. It needed a fresh start. So I’m currently deeply focused on Celestials, redesigning the story, the universe and the characters. I wouldn’t even start if I didn’t have huge help from my gf and our friend (I’ll properly credit them both when I get their online info!) who have heavily influenced my work. I made an art dump with some of the projects so you can see what’s going on when Wheatu is offline.

I was convinced when first saw this cover that it was done by Alex Ross, but apparently it was actually done by Felipe Massafera. I am impressed.
I’m also super excited to see this new roster of X-men continuing to get a spotlight. The whole election process, and public-heroic role of this new team, on behalf of Krakoa, is a fantastic direction for the X-men as a whole. I cannot wait to see how this roster shifts and changes over the years.
X-men: The Trial of Magneto #2 (OF 5) by Valerio Schiti
I’m very intrigued by this upcoming mini-event. I’m hoping Magneto will not return to his fully villainous ways because I love his heroic, leadership role in the Krakoa. This particular cover interests me because of the inclusion of the Wanda, Pietro, Billy, and Tommy. For a while we have lived within the retcon that Magneto is not the father (or grandfather) of these four, but with this cover, I’m hoping that Marvel will now retcon the retcon. I loved this messed up family and want them back at the forefront of the comics.
Marvel keeps releasing promo art for the X-men: Hellfire Gala and I am eating it up! This is looking to be such a cool event, and I love the unique, mutant-specific fashion that these characters are getting. All the big X-men characters have been covered already, but would I love to see more designs? Of course. We’ve actually seen more in previews that announced Polaris’ win including Forge,Strong Guy,Marrow,Armor,Boom-Boom, and Tempo. I’m a person that loves lists and collecting things though, so I couldn’t help but think of additional characters I’d at least love to see a glimpse of, including Wolfsbane,Cable,Vulcan,Darwin,Blink, Cypher, Bei, Husk,Chamber, Mondo, Hellion,Anole, Surge, Dust, Gentle, the Stepford Cuckoos, Oya, Elixir, Hope Summers, Proteus, Egg, Tempus, Triage, Petra, Sway,Callisto, Toad, Cecilia Reyes, Peter Wisdom, and even Apocalypse.
Honestly, I am already so happy with what we have here and my list is just me being greedy…but Marvel started it! LOL. A part of me does actually hope that this becomes an annual event, where all we do is celebrate some beautiful mutant fashion. I am just having so much fun!
I also kind of the love the idea that Monarch (James Braddock Jr.) is intentionally black and white…like he is going to show up like he is in the A-ha music video “Take On Me”. I mean he could and would do it. He has reality-altering powers and he is ridiculously fabulous.
