I’m really fucking proud of my body. It’s strong, it’s shapely, and I feel radiantly healthy. Not everyone can say that, and I’m so grateful. I love being scantily clad and pushing myself to my limits of strength and endurance. I recently got a big ass tattoo, despite my hesitance that it might not be ‘professional’. Fuck that noise - this is MINE, and no one can limit me other than myself. Loving yourself and trusting yourself is a radical act in these times of body shaming, slut shaming, and the general atmosphere of making individuals feel like they aren’t enough. Find what you love, and stay there. .

What is being shy or the hesitance to speak your mind other than fear of vulnerability? This is my practice - allowing full-on Lindsay to burst forth in my personal relationships, being my most vulnerable self, and being aware of the possible repercussions. I want to love fully and with awareness - people deserve that, I deserve that. C.S. Lewis said it much more concisely:
