New moves for this week. This combo targets building and lengthening the obliques - the sides of the body. The new HIIT classes on my website will feature it. As i am packing the house and living in an absolute chaos for the moment i find harmony in my 12 minutes a day of exercise. If you have done my old classes you would be familiar with this combo . Building strength is so important in order to feel good. My approach to yoga and fitness is minimalist - minimal to zero equipment needed. Just come as you are ready to let go of ideas about yourself that no longer serve you and willing to manifest a stronger, more accepting and more in tune version of yourself. A week and half past since I got back to work. I feel like I have never been this busy in my life, juggling all the responsibilities. Sometime I am rushing so much and forgetting to breath.
