With TFNation 2018 a little over a month away we are pleased to confirm the opening times for the show.

Friday 17th August - PANELS ONLY (STRICTLY NO TRADING)

• 10:00 AM Ticket Collections - outside the main hall
• 12:00 AM Panel Room Opens
• 5:30 PM Panel Room Closes
• 6:00 PM Main Hall Opens for Video Screening
• 9:50 PM Main Hall Closed
• 10:00 PM Panel Room Opens - Special Event Subject To Change
• 11:30 PM Panel Room Closes

Saturday 18th August

• 8:30 AM Ticket Collections - outside the main hall
• 9:30 AM Main Hall Opens for Weekend Ticket Holders
• 9:30 AM Forge Opens
• 10:00 AM Main Hall Opens for Saturday Ticket Holders
• 4:00 PM Ticket Collections Closes
• 4:00 PM Forge Closes
• 4:00 PM Main Hall Closes
• 5:00 PM Panel Room Closes
• 6:00 PM Club Con Opens
• 8:00 PM Club Con Closes
• 9:00 PM Stan Bush Concert Starts

Sunday 19th August

• 8:30 AM Ticket Collections - outside the main hall
• 9:00 AM Main Forge Opens
• 9:30 AM Main Hall Opens for all ticket holders
• 5:30 PM Show Closes

On all days we shall be using both the main hall and the Pavilion Suite, to host some of our panels - the Pavilion suite is a large panel room positioned on the ground floor, next to the hotel swimming pool. Please check the final event schedule for exact details.

We are pleased to announce the release of our

information and visual guide for attendees, parents and carers

which has been designed to help familiarise attendees with what to expect whilst visiting the event. We are grateful to crew member Sarah for all of her help with this pack.
