I’ve connected the dots (you didn’t connect shit) I’ve connected them
[ID: screenshots of two quotes.
The first is from Dracula by Bram Stoker, the May 16 entry. It reads:
’ “How dare you touch him, any of you? How dare you cast eyes on him when I had forbidden it? Back, I tell you all! This man belongs to me! Beware how you meddle with him, or you’ll have to deal with me.” ’
The second is from Rhythm of War by Brandon Sanderson, chapter 14. It reads:
‘“I speak my Passion,” she said. “The man who killed the Pursuer has killed me. I claim prior privilege to the life of Stormblessed. The Pursuer must, in this case, wait upon my pleasure.” ’
Kaleshwi Vampire AU is BEGGING to be written. I’m literally in the middle of work losing my mind over this and I wasn’t even into vampires until a few days ago.
« Humans never use what is around them to its fullest. They always impose their will far too strongly »
One of my favorite characters in Rhythm of War! Kinda tried a bit of a different approach to drawing a rhythm. Worked on this for about 3 months now and then bc I’m really not used to drawing digitally at all!
Alright Tumblr, it’s been the better part of a year since RoW, and I still don’t like the Navaniel (Navani x Raboniel) ship…or Raboniel as a character. I guess she’s just that super popular character I really don’t like…
My respect for both of these characters has grown immensely. Raboniel has one of the most captivating story arcs and I’m always a slut for enemies to allies tropes. It’s about the finding connections in unlikely places. Also, bonding over science? The best way to do it
