I didn’t have the best day, so gush about 3 of your current favorite things.
Had the worst cramps in a long while today so I took about 3 naps yet I’m still so sleepy. I had to skip my norwegian lesson today as I didn’t have the strength to even put clothes on, let alone go out in the rain and spend 2 and a half hours in school. I’m snuggled in bed right now, thinking about what to read before sleep inevitably claims me.

Luckiest book find? Every got anything from any bookstore that surprised you when you opened it?
This is the Norwegian edition of Laini Taylor’s Daughter or Smoke and Bone which I found in a bookstore here for about $2.50 on sale so of course I couldn’t leave it there… only to open it when I came home and find that IT IS SIGNED!! How lucky I am! Can’t wait for the day until I can properly read it and understand every word.
How was your day? I had a quite productive one with work and such and now I’m about to settle in bed to watch some more of season 2 of Elite.

It’s no secret I love @lushcosmetics stuff so much, they’re some of my favorite products. And since I started using their Cup O Coffee face mask and changed to plant dairy, my whole skin on my face cleared up a lot! I haven’t had any painful pimples in months, and those I have are mostly just hormonal ones, due to my period but they clear up quickly. I’m hoping to find some good moisturizers and maybe hair stuff soon because they are just amazing. And y’all know, I had to include a few pictures of @lush_bogstadveien because the interior they have their is amazing and I love it. It’s definitely a farther trek from where I live, but worth the trip every time.

My fave announcing concerts for next year, Christmas, BTS next year, my father’s wedding, eventual moving… someone tell me how to get a money tree like in Sims because it’s just too much and I’m just so worried about money lately, even though I barely spend anything. And I’m worried that there won’t be any time in my life when I’m not worried about it. And let me tell y’all, it sucks.
Sorry for such a negative post, but I’m not gonna hide the fact that I’m not rich and have never been. And it sucks.

I’m coming with quick posts these days and today is not different but for another reason… and that is that my phone’s wifi stopped working completely and I’ve been using my data all day. I’m not sure if it can be fixed but I hope it will because I really can’t afford a new phone right now.

What are you doing if you get into a reading slump? I’ve been in one for the longest time and tbh, the only thing I do is listen and listen and listen again to the whole All For The Game series on audiobooks because I feel like those are the only books I enjoy anymore. I’m planning on maybe rereading Simon vs and hoping after that, I get out of this awful slump.
Any other tips for it? I’d love to hear them!
PS: yes, that is snow, it started.

Hey guys! Just a quick update to ask you what are your plans for the weekend?
Tonight I’m watching Sabrina and will either start the new Queer Eye in Japan or The King with Timothé Chalamet. I’ll see what I’m in the mood for.

Happy Halloween guys! I’m on my way to my last Norwegian lesson as we speak so I’m not out celebrating at all. There was a small party for my host kids earlier today where I live and safe to say I ate waaaaay too much sugar and now have a stomachache.

I was supposed to post this on Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday, but the weather was against me and it was way too sunny to take pictures… but last Friday was the ONE YEAR anniversary of me moving to Oslo. I cannot believe it’s been a whole year but to be honest…it feels like nothing changed.. like I feel home at here, even though I left my actual home. I’m looking forward to celebrating more years here hopefully, if life will allow me.
But just for a little negative… I struggled with this picture big time. I hate how I look, I hate my editing, I hate most of the things on it but I just wanted to post and I knew it’s not gonna get better. I actually spent the rest of the time after this crying in a depressive state. The smile on my face is definitely fake. So yeah… just wanted to give a little insight about you may see a happy and smiling person on a picture but that doesn’t mean that inside they’re not screaming in pain.

Today I finally started The Night Circus so it was fitting that I post about the author’s upcoming book, The Starless Sea, which I’m totally not reading, just borrowed from @ursula_uriarte because the cover is so beautiful.
I’ve been having a lots of rough nights with waking up all hours, especially around 3am and unable to go back to sleep. Any tips for that? I tried to go to sleep early, late, or even later (which happens because of school ends late) and nothing helps. I’ve been drinking calming tea and water and tried not to eat too late, don’t drink any caffeine but I failing. So if you have any tips or tricks, I would be forever grateful.
