Death Gang.
It was a night to remember. I felt like my heart was torn apart by this awesome musical! On 03/16 I was in Moscow in Kremlin Palace and saw one of my favorite musicals ever - “Romeo et Juliette” with the French cast! I love this musical so much I can’t even describe! All my favorite songs, all heartbreaking scenes - I saw it with my own eyes and I still can’t believe it! Dreams come true!
My feelings for these songs, these artists, this magic - all was revived! Very powerful, very spectacular, very beautiful. I’m so grateful to all those people who brought this miracle to us in Russia and thanks to them I was able to see this magic on stage with my own eyes and immerse myself in it. And a special thanks to the cast because they are completely giving themselves on the stage with their bodies and souls. They are amazing! Dancers were lit, such a passion in every movement, such flexibility and expressions!
I saw John Eyzen live and now I have something to tell my descendants :D
On stage he is just like a real hurricane, his energy is overflowing! It’s mainly because of him I decided on this trip to Moscow (I live in about 1000 km from the capital). Because of him I bought an expensive ticket on the very first day of sales. And it was SO WORTH IT! He was AMAZING
But who really surprised me - it’s Stephane Metro! As he quickly lit the hall during “Verone” on the encore it was impossible to just sit quietly! He is so cool!
I LOVED absolutely everything about this musical! It was wonderful! A night to remember, indeed.
I’m a firm believer in DILF Escalus, but also, looking through a few of the productions where he’s cast as a younger actor, there’s something to be said for a younger Escalus: In the former examples, you’re looking at someone who’s at his patience’s end after years of putting up with this, who’s likely seen more than his fair share of death due to the feud. In the case of the latter, you’re looking at a young man who’s been given this ungodly amount of responsibility, who’s likely not been on the job for that long, and who is trying to assert his power, but makes a couple of miscalculations specifically because he doesn’t have the experience. He’s one more of the young people paying for the mistakes of the older generation.
