Cast reaction to Laudna’s past
Netflix’sThe Witcher(2019)
May I present,
The cast of Critical Role’s reactions to that moment in C3 E17:
And then we had Marisha and Matt, knowing exactly what they were doing:
Sam’s gas can this week shows a mock-up of a TV poster. It features two cops with the faces from Laudna’s and Chetney’s character art, and the title “Cool Cop, Ghoul Cop”.
[ID: A tweet from Sam Riegel @.samriegel which reads: “We debated several tag lines: “He’s Got His Pulse on Crime. She Doesn’t Have One At All.” “The Coldest Case… is Her Body.” “To Stop a Murderer - It Takes a Murderee.”” /end ID]
Why is this the scariest thing Critical Role has ever produced
[ID: A tweet from Sam Riegel @.samriegel which reads: “Happy birthday to a woman who is effortlessly amazing every day of her damn life. @.Marisha_Ray” There’s a picture attached of Marisha behind the scenes on the photoshoot for Variety. She’s wearing a white pantsuit that’s shining like leather with a tailored blazer and tight-cut pants, a low-cut crop top beneath, a stiletto Louboutin heels. She’s sitting primly on top of a table with her legs neatly crossed and holding a black hand fan with the word “shade” printed across it. She looks absolutely fantastic. /end ID]
Imogen: [on having her thoughts probed] I appreciate the effort, FCG… of tryin’ to do that…but don’t ever do it again without my permission.
FCG:Yes, ma’am. Sorry.
Marisha, on the other side of the table:
critical role and titmouse really sat down at a meeting for casting and sam riegel said “hey guys i got this” and pulled out his phone, went through his contacts and cast 85% of the show via text. god speed.
Ugh i’m just SO glad we’re already seeing FCG standing up for themself after Sam mentioned in this month’s 4-Sided Dive that FCG’s learned that he actually DOESN’T like the pointed objectification all these npcs have been doing.
It’s just SO cathartic because it’s so important to have those boundaries acknowledged and respected!!! And it’s interesting too considering that while they’re functionally an “adult”, they’re still only a couple years old and very naïve to many things - much like a toddler. Toddlers still need their space respected!!!! And so does FCG!!!!
Lmfao the amount of discomfort and pain on Matt’s face at Sam’s antics for his ad bit tonight…lol
a littol robbit an gembler can be so personal
Why does Loquatius just feel like a combination of Scanlan and Taryon
Travis and Sam: -freaking out about Purvon, champion of the raven queen and realizing that the vestiges of divergence don’t exist yet because this is pre-calamity-
Lou:what the fuck is going on right now
Aabria: I’ll tell you later
[ID: A photo of Liam and Sam taken at the Renaissance Pleasure Faire. Liam is dressed in an all-black costume of rogue design, while Sam is wearing a green laced tunic shirt with a comic tam-o-shanter with faux ginger hair attached to it. Liam is smiling neutrally while Sam is making an exaggerated sneer. /end ID]
@.ramsiegel: Ren Faire bros
the last supper but its just absolute fear
[ID: A screenshot of Sam’s whipped-cream ad from Critical Role. The screenshot photoshops together the top and the bottom table views so it looks like they’re all on one long table. Travis, Marisha, and Liam are on the left, laughing and holding each other; Sam is in the center, holding a glass of red wine topped with whipped cream; Laura, Tal, and Ashley are on the right, covering their eyes and laughing. End ID.]
I love that the last episode of 4 Sided Dive was two sets of spouses and a pair of siblings.
[ID: 4 pics showing laura and taliesin sitting next to each other, and sam and liam next to each other, with two last pics being of just laura and liam (he’s wearing the forearm bracelet - yes it is important to note) taliesin has blue hair and wears a long sleeved top with a big skull and bones crossed on his chest, liam has a dark henley and both sam and laura wear white patterned shirts. all have dark pants. /end]
Laura slaps Liam
