How to care for a sick little
-I’ve been sick all week so I thought I’d make a post about how to care for a sick little.
Keep us supplied with plenty of moisturized tissues and trash bags
Make us our favorite soups and maybe even feed it to us.
Supply us with our favorite cough drops if our throats are sore
Make sure we drink plenty of water even if our throats hurt
Give us lots of back rubs and belly rubs
Keep our sheets/blankets clean from all the yucky sick germs
Be careful to not catch our sickies! That would be weally bad.
Put our favorite little shows or movies on for us to watch
Don’t let us exhaust ourselves too much, even if we get tired of being in bed
Give us our favorite comfort items like our stuffies or binkies but make sure they stay clean too.
Put a cold wet rag on our foreheads or necks if we are hot.
Make sure we take our medicine even if we think it yucky
Give us applesauce it’s the bestest food for when you sickies.
Make us get plenty of rest.
Little space cues

It can sometimes be a challenge to help sad or anxious littles, and while not everyone copes in the same ways, these are a few things that help me feel better.
Put on a movie we like to watch, turn down the volume so the sound isn’t overwhelming
get some blankets for us to snuggle in, throw one in the dryer if you’re feeling extra nice
make me something easy to eat like mac & cheese or fruit
give me some water in a sippy or cup with a straw
If sounds are too overwhelming try to snuggle me or pet my hair
give me my favorite stuffies to cuddle with
talk me down from what’s making me sad or anxious, sometimes small things get big in my head
talk to me about a funny story
make fun plans with me for later so I have something to be excited for
rub some of my favorite lotion on me to calm me down
give me something to fidget with
take me somewhere quiet and secluded where I can scream my lungs out
push me on a swing
play rain sounds
let me know you’re there for me
stuffie-princess-smolsunflower:
Good morning little ones! ☀️
☀️ now that’s its morning time, you probably want to snuggle with stuffies or play but there are a couple of things you have to do first.
once you wake up remember to say good morning to your stuffies and make your bed. Making your bed is a good way to start the day. If you have any medicine you have to take right when you wake up remember to take it! If you have any medical devices that need to be charged or cleaned make sure you do that too!
☀️remember eat some breakfast with some fruit and milk or juice. A nutritious breakfast will give you the energy you need to have a day of fun! If you have medicine you have to take before or after you eat remember to take it.
once you eat breakfast it’s time to get dressed! Make sure to check the weather to make sure your outfit is appropriate. Put on something comfy that makes you happy.
☀️now it’s time to brush your teeth and wash your face. Remember to floss! We have to keep your teeth all clean and healthy.
now that you have food in your belly and you teeth all brushed and you have taken your medicine it’s time to do any chores you have to do. I know chores aren’t fun but you can always make them fun! Put on some music! I always listen to Disney when I’m cleaning!
☀️make sure that if you have any pets that you feed them, give them fresh water, and let them outside or take them on a walk!
now that you got all the boring stuff out of the way it’s time to play! Make sure that you stay hydrated throughout the day! Be safe!

imagine living with your partner, who also helps you while you’re regressed!!
one afternoon, you’re in your room regressed, watching your favorite kids show and cuddling your stuffies. because they’re busy, you didn’t tell your partner you’re small.
“hey, what do you want for dinner?” your partner asks, coming into your room. they see you regressed and smile. “aw, hey baby!” you squeal and make grabby hands to them, babbling out their title. they come sit next to you and pull you into their lap, hugging you tight.
they then lead you into the living room, turning on your show and kissing your forehead before they go make dinner. they make you your favorite meal, sitting beside you on the couch as you eat dinner together and watch your show.
after dinner, the two of you cuddle for a while and watch tv until you get sleepy. “bath and jammy time, little one,” your partner says. they draw you a bubble bath, washing your hair and letting you play with your bath toys. after, they help you dry off and put on your favorite pj’s.
“alright, it’s time for bed!” they tuck you in, laying beside you and snuggling close. they get out your favorite bedtime story and read to you until you fall asleep, safe and happy in their arms.

♡ I love shopping, especially baby shops! I like to choose baby food or a new bottle, it makes me a little happier. I like Sylvanian families toys, so I thought it was time to add to my collection.
It was hard for me to get out of the house, but I did it. Now I’m safe, I drink vanilla milk and introduce new kids to the old ones.
♡ This is Anna-Berta’s kitten. Her age is 2.5 years. This baby loves outdoor games, cubes and rice porridge. She is the oldest and loves to help.
♡ The boulder twins and Abigail. These fluffy lumps are 9 months old. Balder is a sullen curious kitten, and his sister is a clingy and timid little girl. They are still very small but they already have sharp claws.
♡ Bunnies named Hans and Wendell were left at the gate of the hospital. These kids are the real fans to sleep. They are still too shy and stay together all the time.
Paper lanterns in the shape of pumpkins and ghosts will make your room nicer
Scary but not really!! horror films and cartoons
Pumpkin pie and cookies with nuts and raisins
Milk with honey is fast, easy and helps you to fall asleep so that no nightmares torment you
Make mulled wine and invite all your friends
Wear warm sweaters and socks. Don’t forget the rubber boots and the nicest umbrella when you go out
Use dried orange peel or incense with baked Apple and cinnamon to always smell delicious in your room
Ask the caregiver to spray all the monsters under your bed or in the closet
Arrange day masquerade together with their friends and scare sabattarians
Don’t eat too much sweet otherwise your teeth and tummy will hurt
♡ I got sick almost two years ago, and it was an accident. I don’t want to tell you the reason why it happened because it hurts me to think about it. I knew I was sick when I threw out my plate of buckwheat in hysterics. A few months later I went into myself and Cloyingly sweet baby came into my life.. I’ll tell you about it another time. I was actually bulimic and the only thing that calmed me down was the baby and cgrle. I loved it as much as my eating disorder. Now I’m still sick and I’m okay with it.
♡ please don’t tell the little ones with eating disorders that it’s nothing or they need treatment if they don’t want it.
♡ please, daddy and mommy don’t tell the little ones to eat for you because it can cause guilt.
♡ try to wash your face often with a neutral gel or for sensitive skin
♡ wipe your face with paper napkins or a soft towel, but change it often
♡ use once a week masks of organic products, scrubs, two to three times a week fabric masks (I love Korean with whitening effect)
♡ try to give up dairy products, coffee or junk food
♡ apply sunscreen spf 50+ even in winter
♡ use a night whitening cream (my favorite Korean Panda)
♡ little one remember that this is a long process and do not worry if after the first week you do not become a vampire or porcelain doll.
♡ it is very difficult for me to communicate with people, I do not know why. I’m starting to panic and think I shouldn’t do it. Now it’s hard for me to talk even with friends and I’m very irritable. the only source of my communication is the Internet.

A Message From Your Stuffies
Hey Little One! I’m back with another message given to me from your stuffies. They want you to know that they see how hectic and overwhelming things have been lately and they’re super duper proud of you, but they want you to remember to take a break! Sometimes we have to work hard but we also have to take breaks while we work. Your stuffies want me to remind you to drink some water, get a snack, take some meds if you need, and maybe take a short snuggle break with them!
Fun Little Recipes
Hey kiddos! Cooking and baking may be boring to some little ones and it may not seem worth all the effort, but all hope is not lost! Here are some fun and easy recipes you can do to make cooking and baking a little more fun!
Key: = Vegan = Vegetarian = Gluten Free = Egg free
= Dairy Free = Nut free = Sugar Free
= Requires sharp objects, = Requires heat
Sweets and Desserts
Cup of Dirt! This one is probably one of my favourites and it’s super duper easy to make! All you need is chocolate pudding, crushed up Oreos, and some gummie worms. This one requires no heat or sharp objects so it may be especially good for super small kiddos! (Skill level: ⭐️)
Rainbow Cake! This is probably the most colourful cake I’ve ever seen! It requires quite a few steps and lots of tools so this recipe might be better for bigger kids or kids who find fun in the kitchen. This is a great recipe to let your imagination run wild! (Skill level: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
Raspberry Sorbet! Not all desserts have to be chocolate, they don’t even have to be baked! This sorbet is fruity, frozen, and best of all, it’s totally vegan! All you need is some raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar. This recipe may be best for bigger kids or kids with the help of a CG as it does require a blender or food processor! (Skill level: ⭐️⭐️)
Healthy Options
Toadstool Salad! This salad seems especially well suited to any cottagecore kiddos out there! It also has very few ingredients so if you’re a baby on a budget this may be a great option! All you need is some lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, mayo, and a few hard boiled eggs. (Skill level: ⭐️⭐️)
Banana Caterpillars! With this cute recipe you can turn a regular banana into a cute little caterpillar! You’ll need a banana, pretzel sticks, peanut butter, some raisins, and coconut shavings. (Skill level: ⭐️)
Rainbow Pizza! This recipe not only makes pizza cute, but also healthy! With only two steps this dish is perfect for kids who are just starting out in the kitchen and want something easy to begin with. (Skill level: ⭐️⭐️)
Snacks
Puppy Chow Mix! If you’ve ever heard of Muddie Buddies, this is basically the homemade version of those! Take some chex-like cereal and add peanut butter and chocolate. This recipe is great if your little is also a pet regressor! (Skill Level: ⭐️⭐️)
Cream Cheese Penguins! These little penguins are absolutely adorable! All you need is some olives, cream cheese, and a carrot and you’ll have a fleet of tasty little penguins at your side! (Skill level: ⭐️)
Pear Hedgehogs! There’s always something so cute about animal shaped snacks, and this pear hedgehog is no different! With some pears, almond slices, and raisins you can make a cute and tasty little treat! (Skill level: ⭐️)
