Things that make me feel more little

I know the most of my followers are beginners in age regression. So I decided to make a post with things that help me to regress. I think this can help someone who is starting.

A hot shower with baby stuff

Where I live is not so usual have a Bathtub, so I just have a shower. A hot shower with baby soap, shampoo and conditioner is one of the things that’s most make me feel more little. The hot water is relaxing, and the smell of the baby products make me feel a real baby princess

Baby Perfume

The smell of the baby perfume make me feel more princess, and remember me how little I’m all the day. Also is a calming for the problems of the day and to my high anxiety.

My favorite is Johnson’s Baby night time

Cute clothes (specially dresses)

I’m not used to wear cute clothes in my normal days because I don’t have many of it. But when I wear it, is the most precious thing. I feel happy and confident, and I get lot of compliments like “You look like a doll” and that make my day.

Write in my Little Journal

Had my Little Journal was one of the best things for my regression. When I’m angry, sad or just can’t regress, I read what I already wrote and write new things. This bring me back to good feelings of regression.

Selfcare

Self Care is always really important to your mental health. When I take care of myself, doing some hair hydration or using a face mask, I remember that I have to take a time for me, big or little. And, well, a princess have pretty hair and skin

Listen my little’s playlist

My Little’s playlist is the first thing that I get for regress. I make mine a few days ago, and is full of cute songs that I listen when I was between 8 and 11 years old.

Play my favorite games

My favorite games aren’t the most Safe thing in the world. I love Mortal Kombat and Tekken 5, and I play it since I was a toddler in my Father’s video-game. So, after all, still make me feel little. I love to play Guitar Hero and Just Dance too, Also The sims 4. I started to play games when I was about 4 years old, so this is a big part of my childhood and my regression.

watch movies and cartoons from my childhood

I ALWAYS love animations. Disney, pixar, DreamWorks… I really love to watch these movies. Also, I love watch to the first Harry Potter’s movie, because I remember to watch this a lot when I was a kid, also Matilda. Me and Daddy usually search for movies to watch together that can make me regress.

✏️Coloring

With crayons, ink, color pencil… I really like to color anything that is give to me. I have a adult coloring book, what help me feel little without anyone thinks that’s strange. When I can, I print some cute kids pictures to color alone.

Search things to buy online

I don’t know about the others, but for me this is really fun. I don’t buy anything, I just search and favorite things that I think will help me regress or that just look cute. When I have money, I buy some of these things, but not much. This still fun after all.

Make some DIY

That’s a hobby for Big and Little me. I make some bottle keychains, and bottles of “potions”. I sell some of them, but I started just for fun. Is the thing that I mostly do in my free time.

Nap time

Nap time is the best thing to a fussy and tired baby. Also for adults. I think everyone have to take a nap during the day to be happy and health. I sleep with my sttufies, in a fluffly blanket with my paci. The most confortable thing ever

Little Winter Activities

❄️ Go play in the snow. Build a snowman, make snow angels, eat ice sickles.

⛄️ Have a snowball fight. Build little walls to hide behind and sneak attack hehe.

❄️ Go Sledding. Make sure you’re careful though!

⛄️ Go Ice Skating. It’s the perfect time of year to try out an outdoor rink.

❄️ Put on some Christmas classics and cuddle up in bed for a movie marathon. Don’t forget your stuffies. They want to watch too!

⛄️ Make some hot cocoa. Maybe try some different toppings. Or a certain type of hot cocoa you’ve never had. Peppermint hot cocoa I definitely recommend.

❄️ Bake some cookies and sweets. Be safe and when in a regressed mindset remember to ask an adult (parent/caregiver/etc..) for help with some of the more big aspects if you can or need to.

⛄️ Make coffee filter snowflakes and other arts and crafts. Like hand print reindeer.

❄️ Make a gingerbread house. It’s so much fun and you can customize however you want. Just don’t eat all the yummiest parts before you finish building little one.

⛄️ One of my favorite things to do this merry time of year is go look at all the pretty lights and decorations. They even have whole parks that are gorgeous.

❄️ Play some games inside. Such as board games and card games. Maybe do a puzzle or read a book. Keep your mind active and keep yourself entertained when the cold months keep you indoors more.

⛄️ Go catch some snowflakes on your tongue.

❄️ Make some Christmas tree ornaments. And add them to your tree.

Keep a small stuffed animal in your purse or backpack

Wear barrettes, butterfly clips, pigtails, braids and other cute hairstyles!

Eat baby snacks; goldfish, dry cheerios, lunchables, carrots with ranch, popcorn, fruit snacks, and other foods you can eat with your hands

Wear oversized shirts, sweaters, and sweatshirts! They always make me feel little and flappy sleeves!!

Listen to to Disney music

Ring Pops and Baby Bottle Pops are great substitute pacis

Keep fidget or sensory toys near you!

Chewable jewelry are teethers in disguise

Order kids meals, if anyone asks just say you aren’t that hungry

Draw or color! I promise no one will care, this is something I do all the time :)
