After rewatching the Siege of Mandalore arc, this moment of foreshadowing stood out to me. His gesture, framing the Republic insignia on his chest. Then the camera panning up, focusing on Jesse on that haunting line. I was forgotten. The tragedy of this arc never ceases to break my heart. Jesse tried with all his might to serve the Grand Army of the Republic to the best of his ability. And what did he receive in return?
