Been learning to crochet amigurumi dolls and was distracted from drawing. I’ve learned enough to be able to make BD-1 without a pattern. My skills are not perfect but I’m very happy with how he turned out. I’ve wanted him for so long.
Didn’t quite finish in time, but May the Fourth be with you all! The final arc of Clone Wars was absolutely phenomenal and I knew I had to do a piece for the Maul/Ahsoka showdown and I loved the symmetry of this shot in particular.
As the one person who loved Ahsoka from the getgo, and having rewatched TCW from start to finish, I feel tiny Ahsoka is overlooked. She’s adorable, she may be a little bratty and full of herself but she’s 14, and she’s such a bundle of joy and sarcasm. She has flaws, as any preteen/teen, but she’s a sweetheart above all. Seeing her grow and mature is such a treat, but I think her beginnings were just as important. 14 year old Ahsoka was a blast.
