A model sheet of the Greek goddess named Persephone. She reigns springtime on Earth as well as the underworld with her husband Hades. The sheet notes that the character requires FIVE FINGERS and HAVE FIGURE SLENDER located on the bottom right corner.

Accomplished in gray graphite pencil.

Silly Symphony - King Neptune directed by Burt Gillett, 1932
Original production key master background set-up of four fishes blowing seashells and riding seahorses. The production cels are slightly trimmed to 9.75 x 7.75 and the production background measures 10 x 7.75. Due to its age, there is paint chip on one of the fishes.

Silly Symphony - The Big Bad Wolf directed by Burt Gillett, 1934
Original production drawing of Little Red Riding Hood and Fiddler and Fifer Pig, the scene is where they were frightened by the Big Bad Wolf. Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 12 x 9.5 animation paper. Sequence is marked “137” in the lower right corner.

Final animation drawing of Max Hare - famously known for his speed - demonstrates his power in this fantastic drawing against his rival Toby. Accomplished in red, green, and black pencil on untrimmed animation sheet. Measures 3.5” x 6.25”.

Silly Symphony - Little Hiawatha directed by David Hand, 1937
A printed model sheet titled “Hiawatha S-41” of a beaver and grasshopper. The Walt Disney Studios finalized characters by stamping the approval block at the right corner, including the initials of director David Hand, story man George Stallings, animators Frank Thomas and Bernie Wolf “B.W.”, and color supervisor Philip Dike. Measures 10" x 12".

Silly Symphony - Little Hiawatha directed by David Hand, 1937
An original production drawing featuring Hiawatha’s first meeting with a bear cub in the forest. Accomplished in red, green, and black pencil on untrimmed animation sheet. Measures 3.25" x 6.25".
Frank Thomas, one of Walt Disney’s Nine Old Men, was in charge of supervising the two characters.
