The Ugly Duckling model sheet label as RS-8 concentrates on the various poses of the Mother Swan. Notes include: Taper base of neck from body to avoid snake-like appearance, Carry shadow separations on swans as indicated, and Keep feet rather large. Comparative profiles of the adult and baby swan are drawn on the bottom left corner to indicate the size differences.
The sheet lines up the responsibility of the staff: Jack Cutting as the director, George Stallings responsible for story, Hamilton S. “Ham” Luske manages the animators and Dave Hilberman in charge of the layout.

Original T.Hee concept drawing of “Laurel and Hardy”, who were established Hollywood duo acts of the 1930s to 1950s. The untrimmed drawing was accomplished in pen and ink on animation paper measuring 9.5” x 12”.

Set-up of a gouache on celluloid, applied on a non-matching production background. The matted and frame piece is measured 8” x 10” featuring the Queen Ant being carried in a royal coach by her loyal subjects.

A model sheet of the Greek goddess named Persephone. She reigns springtime on Earth as well as the underworld with her husband Hades. The sheet notes that the character requires FIVE FINGERS and HAVE FIGURE SLENDER located on the bottom right corner.

Detailed concept piece of Persephone and her Earth-bound friends by animator and sketch artist Albert Hurter, whom happens to the be first inspirational sketch hire at Walt Disney Studios; Known for his dark sense of humor, Hurter’s tone had contributed greatly on Snow White and the Seven DwarfsandPinocchio. Accomplished in gray graphite pencil.

Original production key master background set-up of four fishes blowing seashells and riding seahorses. The production cels are slightly trimmed to 9.75 x 7.75 and the production background measures 10 x 7.75. Due to its age, there is paint chip on one of the fishes.
