Ladies, gentlemen and esteemed friends! After a long absence, I bring you this ridiculously anachronistic outfit that will be completely useless for historical reenactment cool fantasy outfit!
This is a full body outfit for YA/A female sims, it is enabled for everyday, formalwear, athletic and career, has all morphs including maternity and requires invisibleshoes. The polycount is gameplay-friendly, and the mesh is adjusted to fit ts3 body better. If you notice any issues, please message me.
Ever since I made a post of Orna modeling some 1580′s fashions a few weeks ago, I’ve been poking around looking for accessory underlayers that had the right historical “look.” I wasn’t very successful, and spent a bit of time moping around before I realized that I could make some.
So, Dame Partlet was created–and forgive me the necessary historical digression here. Partlets were the ancestor of the modern camisole or dickey; simple squares of fabric were pinned over or under low-cut bodices for modesty, warmth, or a pop of color. As with all practical garments, they soon evolved into highly ornamented and decorative forms. The name “partlet” is thought to come from the term for a hen’s neck wattle, as ‘Dame Partlet’ is a common name for hens in contemporary fiction.
To create this, I took agapir’s medieval nightgown and chopped off the textures below the elbow and just under the bust (north of the navel, but not too far north), and then put them on the base game glove accessory, and…voila.
They match the dresses I’ve paired them with fairly well, although I’m the first to admit that the specular is a bit shiny, so you may have to play with the saturation to get the desired effects. Also, I messed up the channel assignment on the embroidered preset, so the embroidery is only recolorable with the third channel; I’m not sure what the second channel recolors.
Since they’re full-coverage, your Sims can now wear low-cut, sleeveless, or off-the-shoulder dresses without any lapses in modesty OR having to worry about drafts. It is available for teen to elder Sims in the everyday, formalwear, athletic, career, outerwear, maternity, martial arts, and makeover categories, and can be found in the glove section.

Outside bathroom with the bush toilet - surround with invisible fence, then place a gate. Click on the gate then
Nraas>DebugEnabler>Object>Toggle Visibility.
The gate will now become invis’ and your sims won’t shoo everyone from the lot when using the loo.
Like so.
To get rid of the fence and gate just unplace a new fence over it by holding control as you place it and it will remove the original fence and gate.
Great for using with Rabbithole Rugs too - you can make them visible again by clicking on their tag in map view. Or, if you’ve placed a rug on any lot with a wall, click the wall to access the rug’s options. No need for the rug to be visible and potentially ruin an aesthetic.
Hi! I came up to make my first CC post here (☆ω☆) I was thinking what I’m missing in my medieval TS3 save, created some things and decided to share them with you.
So meet a default replacement of guitar case when sim is playing guitar for money (or lute in my case)!
That’s a EA coffee cup mesh edit. Polycount: 475 for both LOD0 & LOD1
Well, I searched a while and didn’t find the same set for TS3 by other creators, so… I think I don’t duplicate? I hope this :D
I converted TSM lutes for TS3.
Price & Polycount:
Lute LOD0 500$, LOD0 690 / LOD1 682
Basic Lute 400$, LOD0 600 / LOD1 592
Carved Design Lute 550$, LOD0 600 / LOD1 592
Jeweled Evil Lute 1000$, LOD0 596 / LOD1 588
Jeweled Watcher Lute 1000$, LOD0 600 / LOD1 592
Peasant Lute 300$, LOD0 600 / LOD1 592
Btw, I decided not to resize them to keep the original proportions, so it has an issue with one animation - when sim is picking the lute up and holding it with one hand, the lute neck doesn’t fit the hand properly. I think it’s minor, but if you don’t think so, tell me ( ̄ω ̄;)
This creator used to be active on ModtheSims, but seems to have left and the creations are no longer displayed there (they can be found through Waybackmachine). This may have been due to the beginner’s mistakes that could be found in most of these outfits. Nevertheless, they’re still looked for and the design ideas are cute, so I thought I’d give them a technical overhaul. They’re all renumbered and won’t overwrite the originals.
Good Medieval Dress: Updated Bonedeltas, so the hands are over the skirt when the toddler sits down. Cleared the multiplier in the neck- and leg-area. Made skirt and top recolourable separately. Fixed minor gaps in the mesh.
Nightshirts: Formerly two separate items, combined into one. The first preset has the plaid pattern in the multiplier, the second is plain, but I gave it a weave pattern to make it look a bit more structured. Fixed gaps and seams in the mesh, reassigned bones, improved textures on underside of skirt.
Tee-Shirt: Gave it a less shiny specular and linked alpha-map.
Tights: Slimlined texture images. Note that this is found under “Bottoms”, not under “Accessories”. Does not work with feet-meshes that have meshed toes. If you have a default installed, Aikea-Guinea’s extracted EA-feet can be helpful. I’m including them here, because their host is down (dl: SFS|DB). Accessory tights for toddlers are (for example) found here.
Plain Good Top: Removed duplicate texture images, but added a second preset with the belt that was there as an unused texture.
Dragon Buckle Tunic: Smoothed neck-seams, optimized texture images. Added a second preset with a layered design.
Tights Chainmail: Slimlined texture images. Linked Alphamap. Same technical notes as the plain tights above.Bonus: I converted this also to an all-age accessory. It’s not perfect, the knee-shadows are distinctly off for adults, but I thought it might be useful for grown-up knights too.
Boots: Replaced corrupted meshes in the lower LODs. For this item I strongly recommend using my version, as the original could cause game-crashes.
Fur Jacket: Smoothed neck-seams. Improved mapping so the Celtic patterns are no longer distorted. Removed odd textures in the leg-area.
Food for hundreds of noble guests is prepared in the castle kitchens and stored in the adjoining pantry and larder. The smell of warm bread and juicy, spit-roasted meat swirls through the hot room.
The Great Hall in the royal palace laid for a feast and awaiting the arrival of noble guests. Servants have been working since before dawn preparing roast meats, breads and sweet cakes. The open gallery overlooking the Great Hall is a favorite spot of court gossips straining to hear private conversations of the partygoers below.
Well met, I’m Corvid Sol. I started this simblr to share pictures of my Sims 3 builds. I love meticulously crafting historical-ish towns where each building is filled with lifelike detail. I’m currently working on a medieval / Tudor era town in the beautiful world Ulokea by SimmerRho and have recently started rebuilding Monte Vista into an ancient Roman metropolis. All of my builds are made possible by the wonderful historical cc creators in the Sims 3 community.
Exterior photos of the Plantagenet family’s main castle, home of King William and Queen Catherine. The oldest parts of the castle date back to the early thirteenth century when a relatively modest structure stood in this location. Towering additions constructed by Kings and Queens over the past three hundred years blend in by emulating the Frankish pointed architecture.
