Down in the studio during Griffin’s nap, actually WORKING and not just trying to artfully arrange my treasures or organize my supplies. I’m very much a person who needs to feel like the space is clean and organized and “just right” to start projects, but it never really is… I’m still moving into this new space, and am still trying to get things put away, but I’m going to try really hard to create anyway!!

Wheel variation. The straight legs helps deepen the back bend and opens the shoulders.
I usually do this variation as a warm up before the other wheel variations. Get nice and limber.
