Fun Fact: Victoria’s dress from the photocall today is described by the designer (By Malina) as a “cupcake” dress which feels so perfect for the cupcake that is Victoria on Victoriadagen.

Victoria wore what turned out to be this & Other Stories dress on Monday. There were a couple complicating factors. Low quality pics and the fact that the dress was previous season and no longer sold.
I quickly figured out that it was either a completely new brand to me/Victoria or it was a previous season after searching a ton of different brands and outlets. From there, it was Google image searching a million different combinations. The winning one ended up being “Scandinavian puff sleeve dress blue” which shows just how far down the rabbit hole I got. Just thought I’d give you a little insight into how I try to find pieces.
16th May 2022 // On behalf of the Crown Princess Couple’s Foundation, Prince Daniel visited an exhibition about physical and leisure activities in girls. The exhibition featured photographs and interviews made with a group of girls over the course of three years where they talked about their attitudes towards leisure and exercise. Daniel listened to a panel debate and then received a tour from the exhibition’s subjects.
16th May 2022 // King Carl XVI Gustaf and Prince Daniel visited the Royal University of Technology. At the university, students, researchers and faculties from all over the world develop innovative solutions to society’s biggest challenges. The visit began with a conversation about the conditions in Sweden for new knowledge and new ideas to be translated into innovations and entrepreneurship, and then met with representatives from research based start up companies.
16th May 2022 // Crown Princess Victoria attended the Swedish Climate Symposium 2022 in Norrköping. The conference was attended by researchers to discuss current climate research and the conclusions from the IPCC’s evaluation report and its consequences for Sweden.
