#tech priest
Now that all the crazyness of the last week is finally over, let’s get back to the brews, shall we? I started putting together a cleric domain based on the Adeptus Mechanicus from Warhammer 40K for a campaign I’m playing in but I ran out of time so I had to scrap the character. Its a weird conversion mix of stuff from the Wrath & Glory RPG, the 40K wargame, and Warhammer 40K: Mechanicus so there’s a lot to it. I gotta say though, I’m SUPER proud of this one. Really nailed the aesthetic I think. Now I absolutely love the Adeptus Mechanicus so working on this was a real treat and I got to bring in a lot mechanics from different parts of the 40K universe and give them my own spin. And, I actually plan to making a whole class based on the AdMech so this is kind of a test run for a lot of the mechanics I plan to use for that massive project. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy this crazy thing.

Forgeworld Kataigida Arch Magos Prime
I hadn’t yet painted an HQ choice for my Horus Heresy Mechanicum Taghmata army and I needed one for the doubles tournament. I’ve always been a fan of the Myrmidon models so I thought one would make the perfect base to build on. I then just needed to convert it to make it look suitably imposing and different from the normal models in the unit. I’m really pleased with the end result which stands out well.

Tech-Priest Enginseer from Forgeworld Kataigida
I wanted to convert an original Tech-Priest Enginseer for my Adeptus Mechanicus army at the Warhammer World Doubles Tournament. I was inspired by the half-bionic body of the Necromunda Esher Bounty Hunter, so just did a simple head and axe swap. I’m really pleased with the end result.
