A private commission I recently finished, a ballet dancer is performing an impressive pose on the stage. The three-dimensional figure has been created according to an actual photo of the dancer. The audience is watching behind her, including specifically painted persons. The final piece is sealed with a piece of glass on the front.

HEY GUYS! Still clearing out the mini cabinets! I’ve been stepping up my mini painting game and have been trying to make space for the more display-style stuff!
I also did a hard switch from preparing for a Sea-Faring game to running a Fey-Heavy game so a few of these guys I’d been hanging onto I no longer need!
OR in the case of the red dragon, my spouse got me a BIGGER, BADDER red dragon and I don’t have room for both of them, LOL!

With uni behind me forever I am finally back on the painting ball. Celebrated by painting up a stupidly small ammo runt and his similarly pathetic boar for my kill squad. Around this time a year ago, my partner and I spotted a fawn in a state park! It was walking by the road with it’s mom. Even though it only lasted a moment, it was absolutely breathtaking to see.
It’s Tiny Tuesday!
Since I’ve moved to Arizona I’ve really been hoping to see quail. So far I’ve really only seen pigeons, but to be fair I’ve also been hiding inside away from the heat. Since I haven’t seen any I decided to paint one instead.

Figures from the Descent: Journeys in the Dark game
A squad of Loup-Garous, done to Hero Level. This is the beginning of a bigger force that I’m doing on commission. I’m going to be doing my very best to replicate the painting style of the legendary painter Angel Giraldez, whose work can be seen on the official Inifinity website.

First up is a Chaos Space Marines Rhino! This is one of many in any army I’m working on at the moment for a customer. It like all the models in this army is painted to Trooper Level.
I’m going to be doing a Terminator Lord, 3 Obliterators, and 10 Berzerkers next.

Malifaux Hamelin the Plagued crew~
Finished another Malifaux crew. This is the third crew I’ve completed, and it was just as much fun as the others. Which is to say, very fun indeed. The bases were tedious, as I had to highlight each stone, but the end result was worth the pain.

~Malifaux Ramos Crew~
Finished these guys up yesterday. I kept the palette limited, to achieve a sense of cohesiveness in the Crew. I also added in little splashes of other colors to give each of the models their own feel and character. I’m happiest with the Steamborg and the Large Mechanical Spider - both of those worked out exactly how I wanted them to. I’m especially fond of the bruised and clammy looking skin of the Steamborg.
