Recently I listened to Dynamite from Taio cruz and remembered that back when that song came out I saw that music video. But I was like 12 and never really paid attention to how you write his name. So this song comes on the radio and I’m really excited and want to show off my ‘music knowledge’ to my parents. So what I said was “Did you know Ted Cruz sang this song?” and my parents turn around holding back their laugh and ask me if I’m sure it’s the right guy. I of course had no clue who Ted Cruz is so I replied with “yeah you know that black man on the motorcycle”
Switch culture is wanting a short s/o because they’re tiny and so they can tippy toes to hug and kiss you but want a tall s/o because they can pick you up

most of the martin bullying in the fandom is a bit of a misunderstanding of his character imo (all “soft gay boy uwu so silly and lovesick”) which is a shame bc we all should be bullying him for touching fucking every definitely cursed object he comes across

actually most of these were to prove a point to jon. u know that meme like ‘this person is 90% of my impulse control” jon is the opposite of that to martin. he unintentionally drives him to do shit that would DEFINITELY get him killed in a horror movie.

Thinking about Undertakers Underground when the Piffling press starts pestering Rudyard who is very clearly going through the 5 stages of grief and is as far as we know is the only one besides Georgie putting in any kind of effort to free his TWIN! SISTER! and Eric and how even though Reverend Wavering told them both were trapped, Jen and Sid only asked him about Eric. Not Antigone. His twin. His little sister (albeit by a week). They (and everyone else but Rudyard and Georgie) only cared about Eric. And how that parallels what Antigone was telling Eric in the mine shaft. If it was just Antigone down there, the town at large wouldn’t have cared.
