C’EST OFFICIEL!Ciara va bel et bien sortir un album prochainement. Elle l’a intitulé ‘Jackie’, comme précisé dans le poste concernant le clip de son lead single ‘I Bet’ que j’avais mis en ligne.
Sur la pochette de son album, on voit Ciara dans toute sa simplicité avec une paire de jeans à effets usés et la main sur son sein gauche. Elle nous fait vaguement pense à Janet Jackson sur la pochette de son album ‘Janet’.
Je dis ça parce que l’image complète, c’est ça.
Prévu pour le 4 mai prochain (eh oui ça arrive bientôt !), on retrouve dans ‘Jackie’ des featurings intéressants comme Missy Elliott (son amie depuis toujours) et Pitbullsur ‘That’s How I’m Feelin’ et plusieurs remix d’ ‘I Bet’ dont un avec Joe Jonas (son camarade sur l’émission ‘I Can Do That’ produit par Marlon Wayans, où on retrouve Nicole Scherzinger également), et un par DJ R3hab. Un autre avec son cousin T.I. est disponible, mais il n’est pas confirmé sur la tracklist officiel de son opus. Peut-être fera-t-elle comme pour le remix de ‘Body Party’ avec B.O.B.etFuture.
Ce qui est sûr c’est que son album est d’ores et déjà disponible en pré-commande sur iTunes.

This is a little project I’ve been working on for over a year since the pandemic hit. The whole world was put on pause, many lost loved ones and lost jobs. While some were waiting for the world to start again I started creating my own world. I thought to myself if I’m going to do anything…I might as well start now. After being let go of job where I worked for 3 years, I knew I was expendable to them, all the while I was dealing with my mental health from my past. I invested alot of my time and efforts into this project and I can say I left everything on the track. It may not be what many expect and that’s okay because I’m growing and hopefully getting better as time and experience go by.
I hope y'all enjoy this EP and just take it as is and vibe…let go…
