Here’s a litte series for all the Gym-bunny’s who are fitness addicted like me. G.G.

Here’s a little sequence from this afternoon that targets:

hip external rotation (with a piriformis & glute stretch)

internal rotation, glute medius strength

active hip abduction, (aka active flexibility for middle splits),

AND I threw in a nice lat stretch too because why not? ‍♂️⁣
