CAS Lighting - Spotlight & Daylight variants
Sharing 3 more variants for the CAS Lighting.
“Spotlight” is similar to my CAS lighting “Golden Light”, but smoother and with a more subtle glow. The “Daylight” variants are basically my “Torchlight” turned around in a way that it appears like the light is coming from the sun.

In-Game Sim-Lighting for TS4
You guys have been asking, so after all I’m sharing an in-game lighting for sims (affects the way sims are lit in-game)
Made two versions:
- “BLOOM” - brightens up your sims (especially when inside)
- “INNER GLOW” - same, but light is smoother/less shadows
[Alternative link: SFS folder]
The latter one isn’t particularly well suited for game-play in my opinion, but might be useful for photoshoots :-)
Note:
- You can only use one in-game sim-lighting at a time.
- Keep in mind that the sims will still be affected by environmental lighting as well so the effect of the lighting will vary.
Have a look at this in-game sim-lighting by @luumiawhich is more subtle and might be better suited for everyday game-play.

ModTheSims - Club Requirement: Gender Filters (Updated 11/16/2018)
Is there an updated version of a Club Gender Filter around?
I’ve been updating it for myself for a while (as I’ve done some other tweaks as well) and just found out that the one by Iam4Ever hasn’t been updated for a while.
I could share mine if there’s demand.
Is there a mod that makes festivals (from City Living / Snowy Escape) occur less often?
There is soo many of them, I want them to feel more special.

When building, it really annoyed me how unorganised the decorations catalog was - so I fixed it. I rearranged a load of items so that the categories actually make sense now.

Important:The download includes files for ALLexpansion packs. Please only use the files for the expansion packs you own!
Important:The game will mark every object that has been changed as Custom Content (wrench symbol). This will prevent lots from being able to be marked as CC-free in the gallery. If you want to upload your NoCC lot, I recommend removingthis mod before saving your lot. Afterwards, you can put it in again.
Further Information
(Unlike EA?), I have tried to arrange the decoration items systematically.
Indoor Plants containts plants, obviously. There are not many changes - I’ve added a few plants that were missing from this category.
Paintingsis used for paintings, posters, flags, and tapestries. Most prominently, I’ve removed all the decals (because I find it super annoying to skip them when looking for actual paintings).
Mirrors, Window Coverings, and Fireplaces are unchanged.
Ceiling Decorations is self-explanatory. Only one item from Vampires was missing.
Rugsincludes all flat/2D floor decorations now, but there haven’t been many changes.
Wall Decorations is for anything that doesn’t fit into paintings.
Cluttercontains clutter and other small items which can be put onto tables, shelves, etc.
Misc. is for anything else, mostly large decorational items. In the beginning of Misc. there are Bathroom Accents, which are an extra category. I chose not to get rid off them, so that the button in Objects by Rooms…/Bathroom is still functional.
Additionally, I moved many items of storage furniture, like shelves and cabinets, to Storage…/Misc., which contained only very few items before.
The following items could, unfortunately, not be removed from Sculptures: Signs Mark the Spot(Cats&Dogs),Texted and Trellised(Cats&Dogs),Look at Me Billboard(Cats&Dogs),Fully Fulfilled Floor Sign Collection (Dine Out)

Hi All,
As many are aware, the April patch caused problems with custom content and mods. We all want the game to be updated, and sometimes the outcome is a bit unexpected (by players and game creators alike).
The issue has been reported to EA HERE. Similar issues have resulted from Sims 4 patches in the past, and EA fixed the problem on their end. Their rep has stated that they are investigating the issue in the post linked above. There is no reason to think they will not fix this unintended consequence of updating the game. Give them time to take a look :)
I can’t be the only person out there with more skin detail and tattoo CC than sense, right? And given the lack of filtering on those two categories, it becomes a total nightmare to navigate and work out if you can use this overlay with that set of freckles… what about this body hair with these tattoos? It’s the worst.
So I made these! They won’t do anything to your sim when you put them on - that’s not what they’re for. They work more like labels! These items will always show at the very beginning of each sub-category, even above any items added by EA. That way, you can tell at a glance what slot a given tattoo or skin detail will take up when you put it on your sim… which means no more guesswork when you’re layering them up!
