While the mountain itself still stands in Greece, the great city of the gods atop it has fallen into disrepair and is no longer safe for even immortals to live in. With the Hellenic religion falling largely out of practice with the rise of Christianity, the gods have lost many of their powers. As such, they have found new homes among the mortals.
Certain mortals, their stories tightly intertwined with those of the gods, have been reincarnated time and time again, forever cursed to repeat their tales. The Olympian gods are searching for ways to gain back their former glory while mortals seek to end the cycle of tragedy; and the shadows of New Age Gods get darker every day.
