Silver beet is going insane in the vegetable patch. Need to research on how to freeze it for later use, there is too much for right now.

Once again, working from a photo from my veggie patch. Cabbages are doing very well this season and I’m really looking forward to harvesting them (they gonna give me a big knife). Coleslaw and like a veggie hashbrown are in my future. Anyone else have any other food ideas for cabbages?
