The extravagant “Moon Bed”.
Made in 1876 as a gift to the West, the bed is a stunning example of Chinese carving, decorative illustration, and joinery. No fasteners or glue were used in its original construction.

The Devil’s Trill continues to update at it’s new site…
But this may be the last time I bother posting a comic update notice here at Tumblr, it’s too pointless. XP

If you want more update notices, bookmark The Devil’s Trill website or follow the RSS there!Or you can follow my TwitterorDeviantart (which is updated a page behind of the main site). Devil’s Trill may also be hosted at Tapas and Webtoon in the future (but it isn’t yet).

I may show off batches of comic pages here later, otherwise it’ll just be art and whatever else.

Thanks for following! Hope you enjoy my future works.

Not topical at all.

Anyway, those of you familiar with Ibsen’s work may note that this has been cast gender-blind - one way of many we’re planning to engage with the already-rich text to find new ways to relate to it.
