You wouldnt have to force yourself to make you happy. entertainment and watching cat videos hours after hours are not the same thing. we feel sad or unhappy because we don’t like the life wr live or can’t get what we want but if you want to have to work first. There aint no fairy godmothet to sway her stick and bibbidi bobbidi boo you these. entertainment is necessary but it should be between breaks don’t let electronic fantasy stop your productivity and you don’t even have to do anything big just to your daily chores for the day and it will be a great accomplishment! watching cat videos or clicking memes wont change your life to make you truly happy unless of course you are the one making them..!
