Every once in a while, i try my hand again with something radically different: abstract watercolors, usually with india ink. It’s such a compositional challenge. You might not see any forms, but light, shadow, color and placement of shapes - vast spaces and small detail - are all being challenged in my brain when making this type of work. #painting #abstractart #abstractpainting #watercolors #inksplatter #abstract
And the last batch of work from march, april and may: some illustrative and concept-art pieces; a redrawing of another piece from years ago; i watched too much clone wars and drew ahsoka multiple times; drew more cats; and had a sudden absolute need to paint space.
Supply spotlight! My White Nights watercolors are my favorite watercolors to work with. I have created so many portraits with these paints. They are vibrant, smooth, blend beautiful, and aren’t super expensive for professional quality paints.

Really want to see Amaimon and Shiemi’s fight in the coming chapters. I wonder if it’s happening before or during the other scene we are seeing with the rest of the gang. Don’t really want her to “subjugate” him, but beat him then work as a team.

So, I technically haven’t started watching the Witcher yet (we keep putting it off due to time or willingness to start a New Thing), but, uh, something told me that Geralt and friends might be a little bit popular at the moment… Dunno where I’m getting that idea from…
