Transgender men in the documentary A Year In Transition (2018). The third man, named Lorne, is the gay trans filmmaker that made this FTM-focussed film.

Many LGBT spaces nowadays are very feminine-focussed, and transgender men are often not given a platform to discuss the complexities of transitioning, identifying as men, and finding pride in their masculinity. This documentary takes a look at transmasculinity, and transmasculine experiences, in ways I have never seen any other LGBT production do. These are real men, with genuine experiences and insights, and it’s so wonderful to see my journey reflected in their interviews.
