I can’t believe I’ve loved Star Wars for multiple decades and never considered how funny Luke’s toast at Leia and Han’s wedding must have been
Like I don’t even know where to start. That he kissed his own sister at leastsemi-romantically more than once before finding out they were related? That I’m not 100% sure Luke isn’t into Han and maybe slightly put out by being the twin that ISN’T marrying him? That I’m alsoequally sure that Luke thinks Han is a huge doofus and is like “wow, him??? OK Leia” somehow at the same time?? That Luke is a space wizard who might break into a weird anecdote about how he was totally talking to his and Leia’s dead Former Sith Lord Dad and his old and equally-dead boyfriend the other day and they send their best in the middle of his speech? Anyways I wish I had been invited to this event of the century
