These were my lunches the last two days, and they were amazing!! 2R & 2G for each day, and it filled up up!! I will get a picture of my snacks the next time I have them all in a row!

You got to see my new fall blanket now here are the pillow cases!! I had a great weekend full of family, fiancé and my friends. My baby brother got married so we partied late into the morning (Saturday into Sunday) I danced so much and I am so sore and tired today. This week I am going to start on my workouts and get back into everything (fingers crossed ) happy Sunday!! ❤️

Not sure when this happened..I mean I know but I can’t believe it got here that fast!! Thanks for the follow guys, I’m currently sick with bronchitis & sinus and ear infections so I am down and out. Hopefully my meds works fast so I can get back in the groove! In the meantime enjoy my Halloween blanket I got at TJ Maxx and plan to use all year!!

A personal water intake goal is to drink 100+ fl oz. a day. It’s a challenge some days but having this amazing water bottle by my side helps me so much! 32 oz down in a heart beat! What helps you drink more water?!

Hi guys just a little Sunday night thoughts as I lay down for bed. Tomorrow I’m starting back on track with my eating. I know it’s going to be a tough day because after I get off work at 430 I’m going to be on the go until about 630 so I need to plan for a dinner on the go. I am going to make something that I can just throw in my purse ie: peanut butter sandwich and pretzels. Then starting Tuesday I’m going back to the gym Tuesday & Thursday’s 4:45-7 and Fridays 6:45-8. Then I will start adding more days. I need some good motivation to get my butt back into the swing of things!! Send your kind words my way

I got to spend Sunday with my family at an amusement park. I’m not a big thrill seeker so I don’t ride many rides but it was fun to be with my family. It was super hot and I nearly passed out because of the heat but I made it through the day. I made sure to stay super hydrated and keep as cool as possible. I got nice and sunburnt but I felt so good sweating for a change. I’m not back to reality, working my butt off and trying to make healthy choices. I’m planning my lunches for next week and making dedicated gym time. I need to get back in the swing of things. Since my last weigh in I gained 5lbs back which isn’t that bad, but now I have 5 more to lose. I will try and stay as positive and motivated as I can.

What a great way to spend my 45 minute lunch. I have my book and a nice cold drink. I’ve been trying to spend a little time every day reading. I used to love to read and used to read so much and I’ve lost that hobby. So I’m working on getting it back!! If you have any good series to read let me know. I’m currently re-reading the MATCHED series again since I never finished the last book. I need to stay journaling on my lunch as well , help me clear my head for the rest of the day.

Girls day, ❤️

I’m going out with my bff today to our favorite city!! We haven’t got to hang out a lot this past month and a half because I have been on the go since my grandpa passed away. I’m super excited! We are getting lunch at Burgatory, which is fantastic. I plan to get back into being more serious about my health tomorrow. I need a girls day with good food, conversation and unnecessary shopping. Chicken burger get in my belly!!

Stressed to the Max

I am so stressed and I can’t take it. So much is going on in my life with my two jobs and family. I just want to cry and that isn’t something I normally do. Normally I’m strong and I get through it but this feels worse. All I want to do is eat and sleep. This sucks and I know I have to get through it. I have too many people that love and rely on me. I have to get over this. Sorry for the rant just needed to get it out. Hopefully it will make me feel better.

Sorry I’ve been inactive and not around. My life got super crazy and just kept getting worse. My grandpa passed away and I feel like I’ve been in run mode ever since. This week I plan to get back on track and be on here more. Sorry again and I promise to be around more.
