#foodtripping road trip memories: The Butcher’s Bistro in Denver, Colorado
Balls. There is no other way to talk about this #foodtripping stop than balls. Bison balls, to be specific, also known as rocky mountain oysters. That’s what was on the menu at this Denver butcher shop and restaurant. We weren’t braving these alone, so we roped in the guys from 3OH!3 to help us out. Read the full report here.

As both a TCK and a new cook, I’m open to trying new things. Just recently, one of those things is chocolate gnocchi. During the height of my parent’s vegan phase, I ate a range of desserts: raw pies, sweet kale smoothies, creamed banana ice cream, and (most interestingly) a chocolate pudding made from mashed potatoes.
