Whitebeard Pirates Holding Their Newborn For The First Time SFW
Hello lovely spirits I did this cute fluffy moment for The Whitebeard Pirates,I couldn’t help myself I had too!!! I’m going to be doing more characters soon!! This made me smile the whole time typing this out!! This includes Marco, Ace, Juzo, Thatch, Vista, Haruta, Izou, and Whitebeard! I hope you enjoy this!!!

Marco
Marco feels like time stop for him holding the newborn bare against his chest as the newborn slept peacefully. Skin to skin contact was important, Marco made it a point to do this with the child when they arrived. He counted the days when the baby would arrive. Understanding and preparing for early delivery and or delay the last month got to him. He was going to step into fatherhood himself, he had a great father figure that was in his life and would make sure he was a great father himself. He would hope his child would call him pops. He would sit down admiring the bundle of joy who was calmly sleeping against his chest. Softly pressing his lips against the childs forehead “my baby bird, you are loved greatly yoi.”
Ace
This man is on the verge of tears holding his off spring. He had a bit of worry on his mind before the baby was handed to him. Different self doubting thoughts hit his mind but they all disappear when he was holding the baby. Ace began to calm down, he didn’t realize some tears escaped his eyes. The man was very full of emotions for the past 9 months at times he was excited then worried then self conscious in his ability of being a father. He refused to let anyone hold the baby. Ace would softly talk to the newborn he knew they wouldn’t understand him but he felt like they did the new born grasping onto his finger as he was talking. Ace would give a soft smile before speaking “you were the missing peice in our lives and now we are complete.”
Juzo
This gruff man with a serious demanor nothing really worried him. When the newborn was placed in his arms he was stiff as a diamond (figuratively). Juzo never really wore his emotions out in public but seeing the newborn eyes slightly opening in the dim lighted room he wore a meek smile. The baby’s prescenes chipping away the diamond that was blocking his emotions. Juzo never thought he would experience this kind of feeling ever in his life. Finding some that loved him and would create a little person out of love. He let out a low chuckle seeing the childs eyes that kept peaking open slightly. “Thank you my little one for making my life shine brighter than any diamond in this world. “
Thatch
He didn’t waist no time he was ecstatic to hold the newborn that was just born a few mins ago. Thatch noticed the child seemed fussy in the nurses arms when they handed him the child it seemed his fatherly instinct kicked in right away. Softly bouncing the child gently “Shhhh shhh its okay Papa has you now.” with a mixture of his voice and rocking had calmed the baby down. He knew the importance of the child recognizing voices while being inside the womb. Every chance he got he would speak to the growing child inside the womb. His lips pressed ever so softly agaisnt the newborns cheeks. “No matter how big you get, you will always be my baby and as your papa I promise to always be there when you need me.”
Vista
Vista is very collective with his emotions, he just couldn’t wipe this smile off his face. He wore the pride on his shoulders as a proud father. This small human in is arms brought him the best joy he could have ever experienced. Being a father came so naturally to Vista the back of his hand caressing the newborns cheek. Vista was on top of everything when he found out he was going to be a father with everything trying to make the process smooth and a calm environment. Changing the position of the newborns he held them close to to his chest he could here the little coos coming from the child that was in slumbers. “Mi hermoso, precioso hijo there is nothing in this world I wouldn’t do for you”
Haruta
Haruta is very eager to hold his newly arrive newborn. He had to calm down just moment before they placed the newborn in his arms. A proud smile did not leave his commanders face. Adoring the small newborns facials feature that were similar to his own. Adjusting his arms just a bit bringing his head down the tip of his nose met the babies giving them a soft eskimo kisses. Bring his head back up he noticed a smile appearing on there face. Haruta couldn’t explain how much joy and happiness he saw when he seen the innocent smile on the newborns face. “Nothing can get as cute as you, your smile will shine brighter than the sun.”
Izou
Very calm when he is given the baby. Internally he was still processing he entered fatherhood and all he could think about was how much more his life had meaning in it. He sat down with the child in his arms before deciding to removed the upper half of his kimono off carefully still holding the child. Izou could feel the small inhales and exhales his child was doing as they were camly against his chest relaxing. His thumb caressing the back the babies head softly. He knows fatherhood would have its ups and down but he was determined to make sure his child felt love no matter what and he would always be there for them until the very end. “Out of all the things I’ve held in my hands you are the best thing I’ve ever held.”
Whitebeard
Whitebeard has held babies before but this was going special occasion his own child brought into this world. After a long wait he was able to hold his bundle of joy. The man has this glow feeling on top of the world. Letting out a lightheard chuckled, his own family was growing but knowing this bond with his child was already strong. He didn’t have a single bit of doubt in himself knowing he would go above and beyond for this baby. He would talk to the newborn and noticed they’re eyes fluttering open doing a few blinks as they appeared to try to focus on they’re father face. “Your Pops is very happy that you have came into this world, you gave me the opportunity to know what unconditional love is.”
Another page I drew for the @opvsdayzine I ran!! I tried something new and lost all my files and had to redo this piece at the last month.. it was a hell of a ride..
TL Note: Before timeskip, both Marco and Izou were 43 years old while Vista is 45. Thatch’s age hasn’t been revealed yet. And Ace would be 20 at that time…

Monkey D. Luffy
Luffy doesn’t care about body types, we all know that. But I think he’ll be very fond of the soft chubs of his s/o. This man loves to cuddle and he won’t be able to get his rubber hose arms off his s/o. He’ll cuddle them and squish them all day if he could. He would playfully bite them. His reason being that they remind him of meat.
⚔️Roronoa Zoro
(im putting him here ‘cus im a simp)
There are only 3 things in his mind: swords, booze, and his s/o. He likes his naps and it would be even better if his s/o is there for him to rest on and cuddle. Anyone who is mean to his darling will be sliced to a thousand pieces.
Charlotte Katakuri
its fucking obvious he would love a chubby s/o. He finds them supper adorable and soft like mochi~ His merienda is not complete with his s/o there, using their lap as a pillow when he lies down and stuff his face full with donuts.
Portgas D. Ace
Like Luffy, he’s a cuddly type. He’s a clingy type and would always be touching his darling. He would sometimes fake his narcolepsy episode and lay on them, happily snuggling on their plush body.
Nico Robin
It’s canon that she likes cute things, and I bet a whole tub of icecream that she’ll find a chubby s/o absolutely adorable! She’ll dress them up however she likes and pinch their cheeks from time to time.
️Eustass Kidd
He has this belief that chubby s/o is much more durable and strong. Kid is a rough man and he tends to rough house with his mates and his darling. He’ll slap their ass and watch it jiggle, absolutely mesmerized.

He’s a feeder
He would want his darling to be there with him in the kitchen while he cooks. They’ll be his precious taste tester. He’ll give them a small sample of a dish for them to taste. He’ll snake his arms around them, hugging them and kissing their shoulder as they give their opinion about the dish.
Capone Bege

He loves his wife and adores her too, chub and all. If they decide to open their relationship, add in a third lover, they’d go for a chubby s/o. As their darling, you’ll be spoiled with riches, love, and praises.
Fujitora
Often times, he’ll ask his darling he could feel their face. He would be gentle, feeling every curve of their features. He’ll pinch and pull on their cheeks to tease them. He’d also gush as he squishes their face on his hands.
Rob Lucci
he’s an asshole but I love him
Like Kid, he believes that a chubby s/o can handle his roughness. He’s sadistic and would leave bruises and bites on their body. He sees those bruises more beautiful than jewels. He would purr in delight. Also he loves to kneed their tummy like dough
These three scenes from the recent episodes on Wano struck me as similar at first because of the way Marco, Corazon and Yamato say the word “Free”. But as always with One Piece, there are other common threads woven in here - of Fathers, Fate, Loss, and Inherited Will.
Yamato has no freedom because he is the son of Kaido. Marco and Law, on the other hand, were both put on the path to freedom by their adoptive fathers.
Marco, the first son of Whitebeard, is no longer bound by his father’s voice, or his will. He is free to do as he chooses. Yamato, who felt bound to remain on Onigashima by his father’s will, is finally able to express his true desire with the help of Whitebeard’s other son, Ace.
Ace helps Yamato break free – metaphorically – from the shackles of Kaido, and realize his desire to follow in the footsteps of Oden; the same way that Ace himself sought to break free from the shackles of Roger, and would go on to follow Whitebeard, picking up the mantle previously held by Oden.
Law’s situation is a bit more nuanced; Corazon’s words still have a hold over him, but not in a way that takes away his free will. Sengoku ensures that Rosinante’s will, for Law to be free, is carried forward – by telling him that Corazon’s love for him, that the act of saving him, is not tied to Law’s status as a bearer of the Will of D. Where Law might have felt compelled to seek the true history in repayment of Corazon’s sacrifice, he now chooses to do so of his own volition. This freedom is a recent development – for all that Corazon willed him to be free, Law never truly escaped the shackles of Doflamingo until the man was defeated – by Ace’s little brother, Luffy.
Yamato rejects the hand dealt to him by fate in order to start on his path to freedom, whereas Law, upon finally gaining his freedom, sets out to find the meaning behind his fate. Their actions on Onigashima are driven by the will they inherited from another – Law by Corazon’s will, and Yamato by Oden’s – just as Marco’s very presence on Onigashima is driven by the will he inherited from Ace.
Law lost the father that nudged him towards freedom, Yamato lost Ace, and Marco… Marco lost them both. Yet of the three it is Marco – who carries in him a bit of Whitebeard, a bit of Ace, and a bit of Oden – that experiences freedom in the truest sense.
Author Note: Happy New Year! This is in celebration of Ace’s birthday. Please fill out the form at the end because I want to write these as motivation to write throughout the year for these characters as a birthday thing. I can’t remember if I tried it before but let’s try it again! Form here and I tried for no spoilers
Portgas D. Ace:
Right off the bat, every single person on the Moby Dick wanted the two of you together. They would purposefully put you two alone or talk up the other when alone with either of you
Marco and Izo take credit for the two of you finally getting together, well, that’s what they tell people anyway
Look at those freckles man. He gets flustered and defensive when anyone else brings them up but when you give them attention, he gets shy and bashful
Kiss along his freckles and you might see a small flame erupt somewhere, he just grins and brushes off your concern as he tries to discreetly put it out
When you hold hands, you’ll notice how calloused they are and some burns that have long since healed from when he first got his devil fruit
He runs hot so he’s like a furnace. With that being said, he will get pouty when it’s summer and you don’t want to be near him
Bouncing off of that though, he’s the best source of comfort. He’s so warm that hugs with him are so much better
He loves being in physical contact with you at all times. Even the smallest interaction of linking pinkies will have him grinning
That being said, there are many times where he just puts all of his weight on you when he falls asleep, many times the Whitebeard pirates laugh at you before helping you get him off
It’s almost like you’ve known Luffy before even meeting him with how much Ace talks about him (he tells strangers about Luffy, of course, he’s gonna info dump on his lover)
(How do you not fall in love with Luffy after meeting him either)
He’s a big fan of laying his head on your lap and, like a puppy will nudge at your hand until it’s in his hair (will pout and huff until you do)
He loves grabbing your face and squishing your cheeks together to give you a kiss
Speaking of kisses, whether it was quick, silly, long, passionate, or just a brush of lips, he’s grinning at the end of it
His other favorite spot to kiss you is your forehead. There’s just something about cupping your face and kissing your forehead that sends butterflies through hisstomach
Even with the busy crew life of the Yonko’s ship, they are quick to evacuate an area that Ace needs for a date
Obviously, there will be fights in relationships but Ace doesn’t like when he’s the reason you’re upset. He’s quick to offer a breather when it becomes too heated (he’s better at sensing when you’re angry and it literally becomes too hot when he’s angry)
He knows he’s in love with you but, when he can picture no one else in his future that he wants more than you, he knows he’s in deep
Speaking of ^, in the dead of night, he’ll hold you close and wonder out loud about your future together. He’ll get flustered if you answer him when he thought you were asleep but just grin and ask what you think
He’s a menace though, he’ll call you all sorts of nicknames, especially in front of the crew, so he can see you blush. They were jokes at first but even the cheesiest nicknames like “sugar plum” and “honey bee” sometimes slip out without him wanting to tease you

well, I rewatch marineford arc recently, I’m still amazed of how well ace and luffy relation is written, the exchanges between them, how deeply they care for each other and how both of them are ready to give their lives for the other.
ace was just the perfect older brother luffy can have, so was luffy to ace even if ace didn’t acknowledge it because of his tsundere personality.
I thought of translating this comic which I really liked its idea, the art was very impressive as well.
ace throughout his life was wondering whether he was worth of being born, being the son of the pirate king “Gol D Roger”, people were always saying roger’s son if he existed is the son of the devil who should be eliminated. But ace had luffy and sabo by his side, later the WB and the crew, he had people who loved him and he loved them as well. it sad that he passed away but at least he died knowing the answer, that yeah, he was worth of being born and he is glad he lived in this world.
this happens after Ace fully joins and gets comfortable in the whitebeard crew just like in canon.
the betrayal happens the same as canon only this time Ace and Sabo get there after Teach stabs Thatch because they were up raiding the kitchens like the trouble makers that they are.
Ace and Sabo are co-commanders of the second division!
Sabo still doesn’t remember.
Sabo got a hold of the yami yami no mi in the chaos while Ace is trying to save Thatch.
