今回、小さなお子様でも簡単に親子で一緒に楽しめる
「ニップン めちゃラク クッキーミックス」をご紹介。
卵、バターいらずの「水だけでできる」クッキーミックス。
水だけなのに
「卵のコクとやさしい甘さ」
袋の中で混ぜられる。
手で成形できる。
もちろん、型があるひとはそれを使っても◎お手軽にオーブントースターで焼ける。
とってもラクに楽しく、
美味しいクッキーが焼けるって、
初めてのお菓子作りしてみたいな！という方にもぴったりだと思うんです。
なにせ自分が初めてのクッキー作りで失敗した者ですから
お水だけでできるのと、成形時の生地も取り扱いやすいので、
今回ひとりでチャレンジしてくれた甥っ子くんも楽しそうに作ってくれました。
自分で作ったクッキーは、きっと特別になると思うので、是非これを見て親子で作りたいな。
うちのおチビにもクッキー作りの体験をさせてみたいな。お菓子作り苦手だけど作ってみたいな。

今回は、プレーンのタイプとアレンジをしたものを焼きました。
アレンジしたものは、無農薬のレモンの皮とポピーシード(けしの実)をクッキーミックスに加えて混ぜて焼いたレモンポピーシードクッキーです。
ホワイトチョコとココナッツも
