in other news, i’m almost done drafting my fic so the actual writing will begin in earnest soon…. so my next post might be that– we’ll see ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°) enjoy these cuties in the meantime

yamada and aizawa have been married since their young years, then adopted toshi and eri later. still with their sad backstories but not as horrifically sad since pokemon is for kids folks

yamada - chatot. i struggled w this one but in the end i gave in to popular fandom onion. apparently chatot can imitate other pkmn noises so that would be entertaining for babymic aizawa - eevee. giving him umbreon was a no brainer. i think this also was a popular fandom onion? i know eevee’s kinda fox-like but i’ll let it slide….. hitoshi - drifloon. hit em with the sad orphan backstory u mad lad! he thought drifloon would whisk him away from his orphanage eri - applin, bc OF COURSE I HAVE EYES. she has other support pkmn but applin was the one who brought her out of her shy lil shell
the moment i saw this meme, i was cry-laughing for a straight minute before immediately going to draw this. i still don’t know who would be the one to make the hat and who wears it, but the silent acceptance is so on-brand i can’t explain it
hold on i totally think present mic’s signature would be very obnoxious but also very legible. this is something he would actually get mad about bc “how are you gonna be recognized if no one can read your chicken scratch of a signature!?!!?” i’m looking at you ERASERHEAD

So I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who liked, reblogged, commented, and overall enjoyed what I brought for this amazing week! Suffering from burnout these past few months meant that I couldn’t go as crazy/experimental as I would’ve liked, but I’m still really happy with what I did manage to pull off, and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing/reading what everyone else in this talented community brought to the table!
