I love your Cantessy region so much, and I wanted to draw some of them for you as a gift, I went with the starters! ^_^

It was inevitable that these guys would get humanized. XD

Or rather, “humanized” in the case of Lamput, it was fun to make him “off” from being human, enough to feel like an experiment still.

“Look, every time I move my arm, it costs Filmation 42 bucks!”

This was a combo of loving this quote, loving just how great in hindsight Space Ghost Coast to Coast is, realizing how good a Zorak (in this form, at least) Mantenna could make, and then wanting to draw Mantenna again. XD

I’ve been noticing the online trend of making Kirby knight characters, and I decided to take my take on that! ^_^

Elysia Knight is a guardian of space and the heavens. What seems like a serene and quiet face is actually one that’s just very very stressed. Guarding all of these spots is a very taxing job! And now there’s rips in alternate dimensions that she has to deal with? Come on, that’s a lot of work for her! But still, she puts on a calm face and does her work. With the help of the Infinity Glaive, it feels more like her job is less protecting and more mending lately. Thankfully, she can hold her own if anything might wish to topple her power…but that would have to be something very powerful to leave a mark.

Been a little bit, but I’ve got a new Masters of the Mixelverse picture done, and both another Nixel and another Horde member!

Since I have King Nixel as Skeletor, it only made sense to make Major Nixel Hordak!

So, Lamput is amazing, thank you HBO Max for bringing it to my attention here. XD

Naturally, I had to get some artwork out, and I went with the main three. ^_^

Another new Mixel OC for another contest! This time the theme was “Light”, and I decided to go with a more oddball tribe of mine for it!

Lantrainis an eager member of the Chug-a-longs. Instead of working on the trains, she works on the rails. While the trains normally rely on a very modern signal system, sometimes it breaks. And while it breaks, that’s where Lantrain comes in! With a handy loop and amazing speed, she can adjust her lightbulb to match different signal light colors, helping the trains stay safe and keep the ride rolling. Just don’t let her get too many ideas while she works, that light might be bright, but it gets brighter when she thinks!

It’s Mermay again!

Last year, I took on the random aesthetic generator, and I decided to do the same this time! I got “Pancake Mermaid” for the generator, and what better to do than a flapjack octopus mermaid thanks to that!

So, after getting into Galaxy Express 999, I wanted to make my own OC for the Leijiverse, and this was the idea I had. ^_^

The Hostess is the Conductor’s niece. An invisible being like her uncle (for entirely different reasons than him), she recently had a missing person search put on her. Suddenly disappearing from her university, a highly prestigious one, suddenly the railways had a new train hostess. Constantly transferring trains, she eventually made her way onto the 999. Thanks to various circumstances, she’s intent to stay on this train. Sure, she’s a good hostess, and very cordial to the passengers (to the point the only person she seems to have any level of sass with is her uncle, in a touch of “whiny teenage brattiness”), but it’s obvious there’s a lot she has to learn. While she dearly loves her uncle, she doesn’t get why he’s so protective of her not revealing either of their invisibility to anyone. It shouldn’t be a big deal, right? Ironically, despite having no visible skin anymore, she’s still very obsessed with skincare routines.

Been a little while since I’ve made a new Mario OC, and since the old Moneybags enemy uses one of my favorite design tropes, that made ideas flow!

Mr. Luxxis a very wealthy Moneybags. Rolling in coin, he loves to buy random and weird curios to fill his mansion. He donates to random charities and funds plenty of jobs…granted, his jobs are very odd ones that just are to get him more curios, but he pays well. He’s rich, so he’s eccentric, not loopy! Okay, yeah, he is pretty loopy. His ideas of “fun” are a little too weird for the other citizens of the Mushroom Kingdom, but he does throw quite the party!

Keelaniis a Jawa from a clan on Tattooine, as many Jawas are. The niece of the clan’s shaman, she’s primed to be the next shaman, thus helping her escape the “second class” living of being a female Jawa. She’s lucky there, because she’s only very much tolerated by most of her clan. Rather than tinkering and refurbishing items to trade, she prefers the creativity side, something that unfortunately most customers, along with the Jawas of the other clans during the swap meets, don’t care for as much. Keelani recently had her “vision illness”, with a vision that’s hard to piece together. However, once her vision slowly starts to come true, she’s going to have to prove herself and go offworld. Thankfully, she has a few new friends on her journey going on.

Divotis a young Scurrier that follows Keelani’s clan around a lot. Eventually relenting, Keelani made him her pet, giving him his name after his eye marking that resembled a die pip for the titular game. Tenacious and curious, Divot doesn’t know the term “stay here”, often following anyone wherever they’re going. Annoying sure, but he’s so cute that sometimes you can’t be bothered with that!

K'Rikhas had quite some tribulations with his tribe. They were entirely fine with his transition. They’re a bit unsure, but accepting, of him deciding to go mostly pacifist. They’re pretty weirded out that he chooses to be friends with that Jawa girl. But if they found out that he just learned he’s force sensitive? He doesn’t want to know what they’d think there! Thankfully, being friends with Keelani might have its benefits! She’s going offworld to figure out her vision, so maybe he could follow her to figure out his new abilities? As long as he doesn’t have to fight…at least, unless push comes to shove, or they insult his friends.

Pallieis K'Rik’s bantha, and she is a very very good girl! She’s very sweet, if a bit slobbery with her licks, and sure, she stinks, but that’s to be expected with a bantha! While others might think of her as a “roadblock” or “an obnoxious odor in a gigantic fuzzball”, K'Rik is devoted to his companion. In fact, threatening her is the easiest way to make K'Rik forget all about that “being a pacifist” thing.

Dendara, as to be almost stereotypically expected of her Rodian culture, was raised in bounty hunter training. However, she decided to twist her ideas up. Also a talented tinkerer, she’s done quite a few things: got a ship running, got a droid running, and most importantly, managed to supplement her bounty hunter career with remote controlled drones and bombs. Because of her hidden bounty skills compared to confronting her targets, she’s surprisingly awkward and geeky, something that shocks her targets…along with Keelani and K'Rik, two unexpected passengers that she’s made a deal with to bring to a specific location. Aside from her bounty hunter skills, she’s a huge fangirl of the band Halyx and is very driven in creature rights, earning her a membership in the Galactic Society of Creature Enthusiasts.

BD-3L, AKA Beetle,is a BD Unit explorer droid under the ownership of Dendara. Found abandoned on one of Dendara’s missions, the Rodian fixed him up to her best ability, and he has proven a very useful ally on her bounties. Being able to handle multiple terrains, he can easily keep up with his owner and help her to access her targets easily. He’s a bit shaken by her drones’ abilities, but he’s kept that to himself. His olfactory sensor is also broken, which is probably a blessing with the cocktail of scents coming from the ship passengers!

Catteris a Kowakian Monkey-Lizard and Dendara’s co-pilot. Don’t let her toxic neon color schemes fool you: Catter is not harmful. But she’s also not joyful like other monkey-lizards. She’s surprisingly dour and quiet. Rescued during a raid of a testing lab by Dendara, her optimism has been sapped away. However, she’s content to be left to pick at things, making her a convenient mechanic and secondary help for Dendara. Warm up enough to see her smile somewhat, and you’re sure to be on her good side, though!

Filiis Dendara’s pet Tooka. Adopted from a shelter, Fili proves to be more of a nuisance than anything else to others. He sleeps where he wants to, he eats what he wants to, and he climbs where he wants to, anyone else around be darned. However, he’s wonderful pest control for the ship, and if he’s in the right mood, he’s a great companion. He learned the hard way that Divot isn’t a pest on his menu, a few hearty kicks managed to prove that to him.

I felt I should round out the remainder of the breadheads for my next humanizations. ^_^

So, thanks to Tubi having it free, I’ve been watching Galaxy Express 999, and I’ve really been enjoying it!

…To the surprise of probably no one, considering which characters I like, the Conductor is my favorite character. XD

So, I saw The Bad Guys, and I LOVED IT. Naturally, I decided to take Dr. Roach and give her a movie counterpart!

Ms. Cockroach is an intern at Sunnyside Laboratory, working on her college graduate degree online at the same time. What do you know, the only day she got a day off from both college and her internship at the same time was the day that the guinea pig breakout happened! Hearing the news about this mess has simply furthered her goal: now she wants to try experiments of her own. Work safety? Good budget? What’s that? She’s a college student, she doesn’t have a budget to start! Thankfully her body’s fine with her scarfing down junk food thanks to her biological makeup…maybe her body’s also fine scarfing down potentially radioactive chemicals to try testing things?

So, Forgotten Land is adorable. XD

While thinking of art ideas, it was starting to dawn on me how much the Awoofy felt like Bluey characters in build and pattern, and one thing became another. XD

So, I’ve been watching Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, since it’s another fun-deigned 80s show that pulled me in. XD

…Unsurprisingly, considering my favorite character patterns, Oon is my favorite. XD
