ちょっと季節的に早い気もしますが、いい感じのブリのアラとお大根がありましたので。
最近こふくの相手を頑張っているＪさんに、まず茹でた状態の口元をわけわけして。
一晩寝かせて朝から染みうま
皮と面取り分はローズマリーで塩漬け。
さて、今日も行ってきます。
A healthy Banana Bread
* ⅓ cup coconut oil * ½ cup honey * 2 eggs
* 2 ½ mashed ripe bananas
* ¼ cup skim milk * 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* ½ teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 ¾ cups regular whole wheat flour
* ½ cup chopped walnuts
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the walnuts. Grease a bread tin and pour in the mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and the walnuts. Bake at 165C for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Had a nice weekend, I went into work with Bo while he got some things done, I was also very productive~~ ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ if you swipe I also tried this healthy Japanese herbal tea and it was good! I’ve been making Bo shishamo lately on weekends. It’s nice to be able to buy them easily in SF
