Chicken and egg over rice from Torisei original store at Fushimi-Momoyama area.
The restaurant was renovated from old sake brewery, so interior and exterior are so nice and japanesy.
Of course every dishes are also super good!
Fushimi-Momoyama area is very famous for sake, so if you would like to try japanese sake you’ll definitely like this place!!

Classic Japanese one-bowl meal :)
Rice and toppings - that is the simple exquisiteness of donburi. Most is not vegan however, but miss it no longer.
I found seitan vegan chicken at an Asian grocery store and used Just Egg along with it for this recipe. Made based on Just One Cookbook’s version, but with 2 eggs’ worth (6 tbsp) of Just Egg for one serving.
吉野家の親子丼。
意外と美味い。
