What wellbeing really is? Tell me your idea!

During the last few years I’ve learned that wellbeing is not just one thing but a combination of things that may seem contrasting.
_
How is it possible?!
_
Wellbeing to me is both working out and having rest days.
Wellbeing is a mix of eating healthy and treating yourself.
It is staying both staying in and going out. It is both alone time and time filled with friends.
_
You can’t reach true wellbeing with just one part of all of the above. You need balance!
_
Last week for me was a perfectly balanced combination. Workouts, family time, eating clean during the week AND treating myself, friends filled time, rest from exercise during the weekend. I feel so satisfied!

Negli ultimi anni ho imparato che il benessere non è solo una cosa ma la combinazione di cose che possono sembrare contrastanti tra loro.

Com’è possibile?

Secondo me benessere è sia allenarsi che prendersi giorni di pausa.
Benessere è sia mangiare sano che godersi le leccornie.
È sia rimanere a casa che uscire, il tempo con se stessi e tempo pieno di amici.
_
Non puoi raggiungere un vero benessere con solo una parte di tutto questo. Ci vuole equilibrio!

L’ultima settimana per me è stata una combinazione perfetta di tutto questo.
Allenamenti, tempo in famiglia e mangiare equilibrato durante la settimana E stravizi, riposo, tempo con amici nel weekend. Mi sento proprio soddisfatta!
