I biked 8 miles yesterday and carried my bike up some hardcore steps! It may have been too much at once because last night and all day today my right knee has been stiff and achey, and making some pretty rad crinkly noises.. Google says it might be a torn meniscus so I feel like for now I’m going to do some quad exercises and use the RICE method for a bit. If it gets worse or locks up I’ll definitely go to the doctor but I’m hoping it gets better

I hiked 7 miles and saw the giants at Bernheim forest today! I’m proud that I stayed active this weekend but I think it’s a lot of change on my body all at once (4 mile bike ride yesterday and a 7 mile hike today). My glutes are sore AF so I’m curious to see how my bike ride to and from work goes tomorrow. Oh and as always, stay hydrated y’all
