I’ve been way off the wagon the last couple weeks as far as 80 Day Obsession goes! We moved a few weeks ago so life has been a bit hectic! Not that I haven’t been doing anything, I mean, I consider two 12 hour days of climbing up and down a ladder to paint a really good workout! lol! I was about a week into Phase 3 of 80DO when we moved so today I’m starting over with Phase 3, I’m going to finish this 80 Days even if it takes me 100! Today was AAA! One of my faves!!

So we took a much needed rest day today. I believe in listening to your body. Mine was telling me to take it easy today! I’m not sick but I have this whole head sinus thing going on and I knew working out wasn’t going to help. So I was a few days behind and I made up a day on Sunday then I let that day go behind again today. But that’s okay! I’ll still finish the 80 Day Obsession, it might just take me 83 days! Feeling a little better already! It’s all about #SelfCare!

So I was thinking Cardio Flow in Phase 3 would just be 8 reps of everything, and I think that’s what Autumn planned it to be but then she changed it up!! She took it back down to 4 reps and then instead of doing 2 full rounds of it she took it to EIGHT fill rounds!! I thought I was going to die! But I did it!! This is round 8!!! I had to take a quick breather pretty much in between all of the rounds!

Not much difference in my progress pics from last month to now. My nutrition hasn’t been on point like I’d like it to be. It’s been more like 75%. So my goal for Phase 3 is to get my nutrition closer to 95% clean! I still have 3 more workouts to complete Phase 2 since I’m a bit behind. BUT I am lifting heavier and getting stronger!!!
