Abalone is very very expensive. Abalone is a food that represents “eternity and development”. So, it is also a good luck food for New Years and weddings. Abalone is hard. Steam with sake to soften. Abalone liver as source. Oh, very delicious. ・・・Procedure・・・ Fresh abalone. Remove the scallop. Remove the abalone’s mouth. Wash the abalone. Add radish and sake. Do not open the wrap with rubber bands. Steam on high heat for 6-9 hours. Remove the sand from the abalone liver. Flatten the liver and mix a very small amount of soy sauce. Cut zigzag. アワビは”永遠と発展”を表す食べ物。 なので、、、正月や結婚式など縁起が良い食べ物でもある。 酒で蒸して柔らかくして、アワビの肝をソースをかけました。 美味しい♪

it’s been so long since i last take updates over this side seriously….. i think i owe a big apology to all our fans and artists. not gonna find excuse for myself though; it’s just plain lazy and procrastination, which i will strive to fight against in the future!!! have faith in me!!! *starry eyes*
tonight we will still be serving our all time fave abalone feast, and hopefully i shall get back to normal and update (the long overdued)egg phobia, as well as so many others’ amazing works you are sure to enjoy!!
