So in ACOFAS Nesta is still clinging to her character of being clean, holding herself up, and having pride.
Yet
In the flash forward to ACOSF She is apparently filthy. Has dirty clothes, dirty apartment, never changes her sheets, show up to the IC summoning looking and smelling gross.
WTF either something major happened (probably the same thing that broke up her friendship with Amren) or SJMaas forgot her characterizations and book cannons.
Honestly could go either way

alright get ready for a rant guys
1. I personally thought Nesta’s redemption arc was BEAUTIFUL. I’m so happy she finally found her own friends/family and she overcame her fears and became a better person all together
2. I did not really like her and Cassian’s relationship thingy. Mostly because they were just having sex 75% of the time. And it felt a little bit all over the place. But honestly the mating part at the end was adorable and I fw that. PLUS the thought that Cassian and Nesta will have their own family is ADORABLE
3.Wtf was this plot? It confused me so much. But of course the book was supposed to be about Nesta’s improvement which makes sense
4. The sex scenes were ummmm… I get why Sarah said this would be her dirtiest book
5. I LOVED all the Feysand scenes. I cried so hard at the end when everyone thought Feyre would die. But the icing on the cake was when Rhys had got on his knees to thank her and Nesta got on her knees and gave him a hug
6. the one that made me explode: WTF IS RHYS’S LAST NAME?!!! they mention it in the bonus feysand chapter but THEY NEVER SAID WHAT IT WAS.
But anyways i absolutely loved the book like all SJM books.

ACOSF SPOILER
I have a theory, so, for everyone who‘s read the book and Azriel‘s POV:
We know how Az is feeling towards Elain & we also know that his shadows were dancing around him, when he spoke to Gwyn.
When Az gave Gwyn’s gift to Clotho it said: „He could picture it, though, as he ascended the stairs back to the House proper. How Gwyn‘s teal eyes might light upon seeing the necklace. For whatever reason… he could see it.“
And then: „But Azriel tucked away the thought, consciously erasing the slight smile it brought to his face. Buried the image down deep, where it glowed quietly.“
I‘m just gonna point out that SJM said „glowed“ & „for whatever reason he could see it“.
So, I‘m assuming that - just like Elain has a mate - Azriel & Gwyn might be mates as well. And I‘m also thinking that Elriel might be the ship that SJM uses to show that you don’t have to be with your mate in order for you to be in love & happy. These two might be the ones not choosing the mating bond, but their love & affection for each other.
But we shall see in future books.

One thing that excites me endlessly about Azriel’s book is the Autumn court drama add Gwyn to the mix we have some chaotic top notch tension and fun .
Imagine a dinner with all of these characters in one place ….
I have always wanted a commission of Gwyn in the library reading a book using magic… thank you @valkygwyn for the inspiration behind this concept.
